Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of open well submersible pumping unit including standby at Filtration Plant Seri Mooni Stage-II of below mentioned parameters:- Pump: Type: Open Well Submersible type. Speed: 2900 RPM Discharge: 5000 GPH. Dynamic Head: 90 Mtrs. Make: Kirloskar/KSB/Calama/CRI MOTOR /PRIME MOVER: Type: Submersible Speed: 2900 RPM Phases: 3 - Phase AC supply , 50 Hz frequency. Make: Kirloskar/KSB/Calama/CRI Capacity (As recommended by Pump Manufacturer). Submersible motor should be water filled, water lubricated having capacity for above pumping parameters and working on 3 phase; AC supply ranging from 380 to 420 volts, 50 HZ .The motor should be sealed by radial rings to avoid mixing of water. The job includes providing and fitting of interlocking arrangement against any failure of coupling. It must be fabricated out of MS strips/rods of suitable size and length. The job includes providing and fitting of appropriate size M/S nipple threaded on one end and welded to MS flange of 80 mm dia. at other end. The job includes the cost of material, transportation, carriage of pump and motor to site of work.

Modification /Fabrication of delivery pipe lines of existing 5000 GPH x 150 m head sub. pump set and 5000 GPH x 90 m head new sub. pump set respectively by way of using 80 mm dia. GI pipes , required bends , flanges , nuts, bolts , rubber washers and other allied materials as per the site requirement. Providing and Fitting of 80 mm dia. non return valves (02no.) for existing and new submersible motors along with flanges and requisite material. The complete job includes cost of all sort of material and skilled labour charges including carriage & transportation etc.

Fabrication of delivery manifold for 80 mm dia. rising mains for Seri Mooni and Rugha service reservoirs independently by way of using 100 mm dia. manifold and 80 mm dia. independent delivery pipe lines for above 02 reservoirs by using 80 mm dia. sluice valves, 80 mm dia. MS flanges, MS bends , nuts, bolts, washers and other requisite material including 80 mm dia. GI pipes of required length. Welding the each joint of the manifold and delivery pipe lines by using quality electrodes to make them leak proof. MS flanges, MS bends , nuts, bolts, washers and other requisite material including 80 mm dia. GI pipes of required length. Welding the each joint of the manifold and delivery pipe lines by using quality electrodes to make them leak proof.
