The job also includes all incurred charges for erection of the mast lights by way of engaging the mechanized machinery (LiftALL) for erection of the light. The High Mast with Mobile crown Raising and Lowering gear is designed for the raising and lowering of the luminaries of flood lights mounted brackets to the ground level for maintenance by means of mechanical winch and wire rope arrangement. Bottom shaft is provided with base plate and door opening and middle and top shafts as per the height of the Mast required. High Mast supplied with Laminar ring. Head frame, Centralizing Arm, Stainless Steel Wire Rope, Electrical Cable, Disconnectors Junction and Distribution Box, Mechanical Winch, Power Tool, Latching (Optional), Pulleys and Top Canopy.This item includes erection of high mass with the help of suitable tools and plants wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5Sqmm plugs MCB and all labour with supply fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchors plate and common template. The item also includes construction of shallow foundations with M25 grade concrete for high mast considering the safe bearing soil capacity at site as 10Ton/Sq.Mtr. at 2 meter depth with all materials and labours required. FIXED TYPE HEAD FRAME: Designed with larger Dia. Non corrosive aluminum pulley system for longer life and perfect balancing. Winch designed with gear ratio 53:1 and without break of clutches. These are self lubricated for sustained trouble free life. HIGH MAST FINISH: The complete mast with component is fully hot dip galvanized for longer life. LANTERN CARRIAGE: The lantern carriage is supported with three numbers flexible 6 sq mm 5.5 we ropes from the distributors that can be elevated or lowered electrically and mechanically.

The complete job features shall also includes. Supply, laying of HDPE pipes of 50mm inner dia including cost of earthwork and backfilling and making good the surface with depth of cutting not less than 300mm in depth for highmast cable. Supply, fixing, testing, commissioning of LED flood light outdoor type IP 65 specification as per Cat No. BJFL 150 to 200 W LED of preferred make BAJAJ/philips/panasonic (tolerance 10% + -). Supply/fixing of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light for highmast pole. Supply/ fixing/ testing/ commissioning of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCC sheet, dust and vermin proof, powder coated in cubical shape of size 2”×1.0×2” with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch 25A TP conductors and raise lower push button, incoming with all sort of thimble/cable termination and glands mounted on angle iron frame work as per size required at site. Supply/laying/ testing and commissioning of 2.5mm Sq. multi stranded copper wire of high lights etc. of HAVELLS/POLYCAB make. Supply/laying/ testing and commissioning of 2.5mm Sq. multi stranded copper wire of high mast lights etc. of HAVELLS/POLYCAB make. Providing earthling station at location as per requirements with 600×600×6 mm thick GI electrode and a mixture of salt and charcoal around plate electrode with earthling pits with pit covers complete (02 No. for each pole and 01 for feeder pillar). Providing and fixing of 25x3mm GI strip for earthing complete job. Supply / providing and laying of GI Wire from feeder piller upto pole. The item including cost of earth, backfilling complete job. Supply. Commissioning, testing of PVC insulated XLPE, aluminum armored cable of ISI mark of Havells / Polycab etc for Providing and fixing of high mast lighting. The job includes excavation of trenches back filling and termination thimbling etc. 35mm Sq. 3.5 Core. NOTE: Any variation in specifications/dimensions/design deemed feasbile and necessary at site shall be strictly in accordance with directions and pre-approval of engineers in charge.
