Fabrication of column pipes out of available 150mm dia GI pipe for (02 nos) of submersible pumps. The job shall include providing,fabrication,fixing of reducers and increasers with 20 mm thick flange, gaskets, fasteners as per pump diffuser size & other parameters as per site requirement. The length of the column shall be fabricated as per depth of clear water sump.

Providing, Fabrication & Erection of Gantry mechanism on the clear water sump for (02 nos) of submersible pumping equipments as per following details:- Vertical Posts:- ISMC 150 No.of Vertical posts:- 02 Nos. Vertical channel section each post:- 02 Nos. Vertical post bracing:- ISMC 100 Sole/Matching plates:- 500x300x12mm (Thick) Height of Vertical Post:- 6M Size of vertical post concrete blocks:- 600x600x1200mm(depth) Welding Electrode :- Reputed makes as per relevant IS Code Monorail Section:- ISMB 200 Length of monorail:-3.5M or as per site requirement. Steel Details i. ISMC 150 6Mx2x2=24 M@ 16.4Kgs/m=393.6 Kgs. ii. ISMC 100 0.25Mx8x2x2= 8M@ 9.2Kg/m=73.60 Kgs iii. Plate 0.500x0.300x6 (12mm thk) =0.9m²(12thk)=84.7 Kgs iv. Monorail ISMB 200 3.5M @24.2 Kg/M =84.7Kgs v. Bolts/Nuts (L.S) = 20 Kgs (subject to actual use) vi. The job includes welding of ISA 50x50x5 each 1feet in length to the vertical post so as to act as ladder 15 steps=17.50 Kgs. Total :- 673.80 Kgs say=674 kgs. The quantity of iron may increase or decrease at the site at the time of actual execution of the job.

Providing, fitting, testing, and commissioning of voltage controller as per specifications below Type of voltage controller: Manually operated copper wound, 3-phase, AC power supply multi-step. Type of Regulators:- Double plate type with electrolytic copper contacts. Input voltage:- 240-420 AC volts. Output voltage:- 410 ± 05% volts. ( No of steps should not be less than 8 steps) Frequency:- 50± 2C/S. Windings:- Electrolytic grade copper of adequate section, vacuum impregnated and Oven-dried. Insulation:- Fibre glass insulations to tested parameters. Efficiency:- 98 % Cooling:- Naturally, Oil cooled Temp. Rise (Max):- 30°C above ambient (Rest Technical Specifications as per Annexure "A")

Providing and Installation of earthing station for various electrical gadgets comprising of company fabricated earthing electrode as per IS: 3043. The job includes auguring of bore of required dia/depth for installation of electrode along with backfill compound mixed with soil and all other items required thereof for achieving the best result. The job includes connecting of electric gadgets through GI strip from earthing station to all the installed equipment’s, pit covers after making of surface structure in brick/cement concrete material as per site requirement. Safe earthing electrode size:- 80mm dia. The job includes connecting of all electric gadgets through GI strip as per relevant standards. Length – 2000 mm Back fill compound. -30 kg Model/make – JVM -393, Ashlok, Recons or equivalent make. The total installation shall be effectively earthed and shall conform to IS: 3043

Illumination of Premises: Providing and erection of 9 mtr long Hot Dip Galvanized octagonal pole (single Section) with bottom 150mm, top 75mm wide, thickness 3mm with Zinc coating having inside arrangement for providing of power connection along with following items. 1) 3 Way Terminal Connector 20 Amp. 2) 3 No MCB 8 Amp. The job includes fabrication, providing and fitting of 03 arm GI structure at the top having 120˚ angle between arms and each arm having 15˚ inclination with respect to horizontal plane. Each arm should be of 2 feet length and as per appropriate size and shape as per requirement of the luminary. The job also includes providing and fitting of required length of flexible multi strand 2 mm copper wire from each terminal connector to each holding arm. The pole is to be mounted on 1:2:4 Cement concrete of size not less than 2’x2’x6” using 04 No anchor bolts of required size not less than 7” in length. The complete job includes earthing in GI Electrode as per relevant IS Code

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of area lighting 120 Watt LED (Street Light Type) on top of octagonal pole having following specifications: Input: 90-210 Volts Power Factor: 0.8 Colour Temperature: 4K - 6.5K Beam Angle: 120˚ - 170˚ Lumens: 12000 Operating Temperature: -20˚C to 60˚C The LED should be pressure die cast with Aluminum housing and powder coated finish having Ingress Protection up to IP-68. The LED is to be properly fitted on the arm of the pole and connected to the copper wire as provided in the high mast pole.

Providing and installation of Junction Box with DP 32 A MCB to serve as Main switch for LED Lighting. The job includes making of electric connection to the circuit.

Providing and fitting of 2-Core, 10 Sq mm XLPE, and 1.1KV and 11KV grade Armored Aluminum Cable of various sizes conforming to IS: 7098-part 1st as service line from the control panel (including necessary thimbling, crimping, taping etc) auxiliary MCCB of panel to main junction box of octagonal pole.
