Repair to mechanical components of 4000 GPH x 280 meter head pump motor set installed at pumping station Chakarabhati Stage 0.The Job involves decoupling of pump from motor shaft, unfastening from suction and delivery pipes by way of unfastening the bolts of flanges, decoupling of pump from motor shaft ,unfastening from base frame using tools and tackles and shifting to workshop using manual labour and mechanical transport. Job includes dismantling of pump and extraction of internal assembly followed by repair of pump shaft by way of turning, grinding ,surface finishing etc. repair of impeller (7 no). Providing and fitting of new impellers (01 no), diffuser (05 no), neck rings (08 no), impeller bushes (09 no), diffuser bushes (08 no), chuck nuts (02 no), shaft protection sleeves (02 no), coupling bolts with rubber bushes, O rings (02 no), gland bushes (02 no), bearings 2-Nos as per existing specification. Assembling of pump and shifting back to the stage by way of mechanical transport and manual labour, followed by lowering of pump on base frame, making levelling/alignment with the motor shaft and recoupling thereof, securing the suction and delivery pipes with bolts and then testing of pump on no/full load. Complete job includes cost of material, manual labour, manual carriages, transportation carriages, tools and tackles etc. Rebate if any .Complete Job
