Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level. i. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. i. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with. i. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. i. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Extra for providing water proofing compound to cement concrete works

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: i. Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

ii. Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

iii. Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

iv. Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

v. Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls (Under 20 cm wide).

vi. Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts.

Close timbering in trenches including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) complete. (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered). i. Depth exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m

12mm Cement plaster of mix: i. 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying of GI Pipe A class in trenches. i. 100mm dia

Providing & fixing of Sluice Valve/regulatory valves VAG/ZOLOTO Talis or equivalent Made conformation ISI Codes 1.6 rating including all types of carriages and cutting of pipes. This item also includes Providing and Fixing of MS flanges including cost of nuts bolts & washers complete job if required at site. 80mm Dia.

Carriage of matrial from source to dumping site at road by mechanical transport. i. Cement and Steel for an avg. lead of 10KLms

ii. Sanf for an avg. lead of 15Kms

iii. 20mm aggregate for an avg. lead of 5Kms.

iv. 40mm aggregate for an avg. lead of 5Kms

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Submersible Pumping Unit as per IS-8034 (2002) with Mug Starter and as per below Specification:- PUMP:- Make = Reputed Make Viz Crompton KSB/CRI/ Kirlosker Discharge = Minimum 4500 GPH Dynamic Head = 50 M Speed = 2900 Rpm Type of pump = Radial/Mixed flow(As specified by Manufacturer) The pumping unit shall have to be provided with allied accessories / attachment viz M.S strengthening clamp, pump motor coupling. The job includes P/F of G.I. Nipples 2’ long having one side of its threaded and the other side fitted with 10 mm thick M.S. Flange by way of welding in double layers The flange so fitted shall have suitable dia. of holes for accommodating bolts etc. The nipple shall be fitted with submersible pumping unit as per site requirement. The job also includes providing and fitting of U-clamp for holding 50 mm dia column pipes fabricated out of 12mm thick MS strip 80 mm wide and 400 mm in length with 4 no. holes to each half of M16 size. Providing of 50 mm dia R/I washers and M16 size nuts and bolts as per site requirement. The job shall also include making of two number of appropriate openings in the cement concrete sump/reservoir for lowering of submersible pumping equipments. The job shall also include providing and fixing of angle iron/ISMC of appropriate size and thickness for fabrication of plate form and grouting the same in the square shaped openings for holding of the pumping equipments.

Cost on account of commisioning of Subermersible Pumps including cost of All the regualtory valves of Standard make , fittings flanged Joints welding providing & fabrication of Manifold tee including column pipe(Medium Class) of requuired dia this item also includes cost of all the electrical accesories viz cables needed for successful commisioning of Pump Complete Job.

Cost on account of Dismanatling of old structrural stand/ Ply wood from Old Yatri Niwas & their carriage to Sub Divisional Store Complete Job.

Cost on account of making CGI Roof with structural steel work above Sump Slab for housing Starter Panel complete Job.

Hire Charges of JCB inclulding Cost of POL etc Complete Job.

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge i. 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore.

ii. Above 40 mm nominal bore

Fixing Charges of 100mm Flanged pipes including cost of laying,nuts bolts & washers this also includes the manual carriage upto 150m lead.

Laying and fitting of G.I. pipes (all classes) complete excluding cost of pipes, fittings and Earth work. i. 40 mm and 50 mm dia. G.I. pipes

Cost on account of hire charges of dewatering pump including cost of Genset, POL complete job.
