Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification. (1 kg of water proofing material in 50 kg of cement)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class kail wood

Design, manufacture, Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning and Creation of pole mounted, outdoor type 63KVA(11/0.440 KV) Electric Sub Station as per the Technical specifications given here under:- Specifications conforming to IS: 1180 (Part 1) 2014 with following specifications:-. Type: HT/LT Transformer Type of cooling: ONAN. Operating conditions: Input=11000 volts Output =440 volts AC supply in 3- phase. Terminals: Input=3 No. HT bush rods with insulators, washer, nuts etc. Output=4 No. LT bush rods switch insulators, washers, nuts etc. Core: The core shall be of high permeability to reduce core losses and the strips shall be of suitable size and gauge. Transformer Coils: - Suitable number of HT and LT coils in each leg of the core. The transformer coils shall be fabricated out of superior quality aluminum wire/strips properly wound. Enclosure: - The core, coils& bracket shall be enclosed in MS tank of suitable Thickness with cooling conducts/ finsoreither side. The MS tank shall be painted in two coats of enamel synthetic paint and the tank shall be fitted with drain cock/ plugandgraduated glasstubeoil level indicator. Besides above the whole assembly is to be carried to site and includes carriage, head load, all leads and lifts involved. The HT transformer is completely filled with suitable grade transformer oil up to required level. The job includes carriage, and all leads and lifts involve Make: -( Reputed and ISO certified company) as per relevant standards and a test certificate shall be provided before installation. The transformer shall also be provided with breather fill with silica jelly crystals, conservator with oil level indicator, explosion vet and adequate radiator fins/ Tubes. The impedance of transformer shall be as per IS: 1180 (Part 1) 2014 with latest amendments. NOTE: The scope of the work shall include obtaining of necessary inspection/clearance certificate from the concerned department for all the required equipment. The testing and commissioning shall be completed only after obtaining above certificate. The job shall also include providing of type/test certificates and same need to be got verified by Design and Procurement wing of KPDCLt.

Supply, installation, errection of MS Tubular Poles-SP33, ISI mark HTL-IS 1161 or IS 2713 of 9mtrslongH.T pole having reduced 4”x5’’x6” from top to bottom and shall be anti-corrosive painted. The job includes providing/laying of cement concrete block in 1:2:4 mix/M15 (Cement concrete, sand aggregate block(s) (of size 3ft deepx1ft above the ground) for grouting of each pole ,Further includes drilling of holes for installation of various accessories .wherever required the job further includes G.I wire earthing of pole as per REC standard
