The rates shall include ground erection in the workshop and its dismantling after inspection, removing of defects and approval, match marking of all parts numberings and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work . The work shall be executed in accordance with I.S. 1915 - 1961 and IRC:SP:104-2015 and their latest revision shall be applicable. The welding consumable shall conform to the revelant IS code for this job. The rate shall including cost of all materials, its wastage and cutting, bending if required, welding, making holes, hoisting, fixing in position, launching etc. including three coats of synthetic enamel paint, labour etc. All required equipments should be arranged by the contractor as his own cost, which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the jobs. Erection of Steel Truss/Girder Bridge to be done with required camber including cartage of fabricated parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor. Bolted connections of joints using high tensile friction grip bolts shall comply with requirements mentioned in IS:4000 and work shall be as per MORTH specification no. 1900 and other relevant clauses and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.
