Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction, specifically having satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work of any Government /Semi Government Department (excluding maintenance cost for five years) for which the bid is invited. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this Sub-Clause. The bidder must provide details of other civil works of similar nature executed and completed in any Govt. or Semi Govt. Department during the last five financial years and the current year. The total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited must be provided, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The amount of annual turnover from civil engineering works excluding GST for the last five financial years must be provided, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The percentage of similar works that can be subcontracted is not more than 25 percent of the Contract Price. The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts, and must provide details of similar nature of works executed, works in hand, and machineries owned or on lease or possessed on hire. The value of similar works completed is to be counted as 120% of the actual value. One-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work is the required value for similar work experience.
