Consolidation of sub – grade by road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and re-rolling the sub-grade etc. (after surplus earth is disposed off by mechanical transport)

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing Well Graded Material,(Table 400.1) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401 including all leads , lifts, carriages of materials, loading and Unloading complete for Grading II Material including all leads lifts and carriages of material by mechanical transport complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg per Sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including leads, lifts, carriages, loading and unloading complete by mechanical transport complete.

Providing & laying 50 mm thick bituminous macadam wearing coat with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of Grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transporter to site laid over a previously prepared surface with pavers finisher to the required Grade, Level and Alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specifications Clause 504 including all leads, lifts, carriages of materials by MT loading and un-loading complete.

"Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregrates using S-90 (VG10) with shredded waste plastic to required line.grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant, transportation to site of work, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static roller capacity , finished to required level and grades to be followed by Seal Coat of Type-B as per technical specification clause 508. the shredded waste plastic of low density polythylene confirming to size passing 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 600 micron sieve and the quantity of shredded plastic shall be 6-8% by weight of binder bitumen. Consequently the quantity of bitumen shall be reduced correspondingly as per IRC:SP:98-2013. Dust and other impurities shall not be more than 1% at 600-C and also black coloured plastic should not be used (Finished item including all carriage, handling and re-handling of materials complete)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per technical specification clause 510 including all lead, lifts, carriages of materials by MT loading and unloading complete. By Mechanical Means : Bitumen (S-90)

Construction of Subgrade and earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirements of Table 300.2 as per technical specification clause 303.1 including all lead, lifts, carriages of materials by MT loading and unloading complete.

Clreance of Drain/Slips including disposal of rubbish material/mulba
