Repairing and Rewriting PMGSY board with logo as per specification & drawing .three M.S plates of 1.6mm thick top & middle plate duly welded with ms flatiron 25 x 5 mm size on back on edges . the angle iron frame of the lower most plate & flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75 x 75 mm of 12SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450 x 450 x 600mm , 600mm below ground level . the top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47 x 47mm of 12 SWG sheet plate tube. All M.S will be stove enameled on both sides . lettering & painting, arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quantity in required shade & colour. All sections o framed posts & steel tubes will be painted with primer & two coats of epoxy paints as per drawings clause 17010 & annexure 1700.1

Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with enamel paint in all shades on new plastered surface as per drawing and technical specification clause 1704

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised caoutionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC - 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 m thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm X 75mm X 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of propwerly design foundation with M-15grade cement concrete (450 X 450 X600 )mm 600 mm below ground level as per drawing & technical specification clause 801.

Providing and erecting "W" type metal type crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated Sheet metal beam rail,70cm above road /ground level ,fixed on ISMC series Channel 1 vertical post, 150x75x5 mm spaced 2m centre to centre ,1.8m high,1.1m belowground/road level with M-20 Concrete Mix, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process , all fittings to confirm to IS:1367 and IS:1364 , metal beam rail to be fixed on vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm,330mm long complete as per clause 811.3 complete job with all carriage and cost.
