Each as per drawing And technical specification clause 1301 including all leads and lift handling and re handling carriage complete.

Providing weep hole in stone masonary plain/ reinforcement Cement concrete abutments wingwalls, returnwall with 100mm dia. AC pipes exceeding enough in width of structures with slope of1 in 20 towards drawing face complete as per drawing and tech.specification clause1294.3.7

Polygonal Random Rubble Masonry un coursed brought to course in 1:6 fine sand mortar with quarry stone in substructure including leveling up at specified level with M-5 grade mix with crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size including cost of through bond stone with all leads ,lifts and carriages complete as per clause 1604 as per drawing and technical specification complete.

Polygonal Random Rubble masonry un coursed brought to course laid dry with nallah stones including cost of bond stone including all carriages by mechanical transport leads and lifts complete clause 704. 6 and 1604.

Construction of granular sub base providing well graded material in uniform layers with motor graded on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 static roller capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical Specification clause 402 including all carriages of material by mechanical transport, leads, lifts etc. complete.

WBM-II Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate to specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compaction to required density grading II as per technical specification clause 4051 including all leads, lifts and carriages by mechanical transport complete.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using coursed aggregate of grading as per table 550.4premixed with bituminous bidders ,transported to site up to a lead of 1000m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per technical specification clause 504.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type B as per technical specification clause 510. (i) Bitumen S-90

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC – 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3. fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means o properly design foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete (450 x 450 x 600)mm . 600mm below ground level as per drawing & technical specification clause 801.

Providing & erecting direction & place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67 made of encap sulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3. fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.98Sqm supported on 2 inch dia. G.I pipe firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600mm below ground. Ground level as per drawing & technical specification clause1701.34 x 4’-00” x 2’-6” =360 Sft or Sqm

RCC M-15 grade kilometer stone/ local stone of standard design as per IRC-25, fixed in position including finishing & lettering but excluding painting as per drawing & technical specification clause 1704. Including all leads, lifts and carriages by mechnaical transport complete.

RCC M-15 grade boundary pillar/ local stone of standard design as per IRC-25, fixed in position incl. finishing & lettering but excl. painting as per drawing & technical specification clause 1704. Including all leads, lifts and carriages by mechanical transport complete.

Providing & fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per specification & drawing .three M.S plates of 1.6mm thick top & middle plate duly welded with ms flatiron 25 x 5 mm size on back on edges . the angle iron frame of the lower most plate & flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75 x 75 mm of 12SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450 x 450 x 600mm , 600mm below ground level . the top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47 x 47mm of 12 SWG sheet plate tube. All M.S will be stove enameled on both sides . lettering & painting, arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quantity in required shade & colour. All sections o framed posts & steel tubes will be painted with primer & two coats of epoxy paints as per drawings clause 17010 & annexure 1700.1
