Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion S.S.I on prepared surface granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate 0.70-1.00 Kg per sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 25mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates by using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification clause 508, by mechanical means Bitumen (S-90) including all leads, lifts and carriages by mechanical transport complete

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type B as per technical specification clause 510. (i) Bitumen S-90

Construction of earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with leads up to 1000m as per technical specification 303.1

Repairing and Rewriting PMGSY board with logo as per specification & drawing .three M.S plates of 1.6mm thick top & middle plate duly welded with ms flatiron 25 x 5 mm size on back on edges . the angle iron frame of the lower most plate & flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75 x 75 mm of 12SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450 x 450 x 600mm , 600mm below ground level . the top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47 x 47mm of 12 SWG sheet plate tube. All M.S will be stove enameled on both sides . lettering & painting, arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quantity in required shade & colour. All sections o framed posts & steel tubes will be painted with primer & two coats of epoxy paints as per drawings clause 17010 & annexure 1700.1
