Polygonal/Random Rubble Masonry un coursed brought to course in cement mortar 1:6 (I cement :6 fine sand) in sub- structure including leveling up as specified level with M-5 nominal mix with size of stone aggregate 20mm nominal including cost of through/bond stones , including all leads, lifts, carriages, handling, and re-handling complete .

Prepration of Sub-grade by way of Compacting Original ground, supporting sub-grade, loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the Sub grade level watered , graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per technical spcification Clause 303.5.2 including clearance of longitudinal drain,surface corrections by way of filling of ruts, clearance of landslides where-ever exists, removal of vegetation of all sorts including all leads & lifts, disposal of the surplus material without damaging public property/ private properties ( Complete Job).

Providing and appliying primer coat with bitumem amulsion ( SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraining of primmer @ 0.70- 1.0 Kg /Sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.(Low porosity)

Providing and appliying Tack coat with bitumem amulsion ( RS -1) using amulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.3 Kg /Sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bitumen surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per technical specification Clause 503

Providing , Laying and rolling of 20mm thickness open grade premix carpet using bitumen (S-90) to required line grade and level to serve as waring course on previously prepared surface including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant transporation to site of work , laying , rolling, with 82-100 KN Static roller , finishing to required line level and grade as per technical specification clause 508.1 ( including Seal Coat )

Construction of Sub gradec and earthen shouldres/Berm filling with approved material obtained from borrlw pits with all leads and lift transporting to site , speaedig ,grading to required slopeand compacted to meet requirment of table 300.2 with all leads and lift as per technical specification clause 303.1

Providing and eracting direction and place indentification of semi reflective sign boards up to 0.90 Sqm size as per IRC -67 made of 2mm thick M.S Sheets duly stove enameled paint white colour in front and grey colour on back with reflective border of 70mm width and required message , letters , figures with reflective tape of engineering grade as per MORD specification of required shade and colour . suported and welded on 02 Nos 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050mm height duly strengthend by 25mm x 5mm M.S flat iron on edges on back firmely to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concreet 450mmx450mm x600mm , 600mm below ground level as per approved drawings and technical specification clause 1701. ( Semi reflective traffic Signs )

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY Citizeen Informatory sign borads with Logo as per MORD Specifications and drawings . Three M.S Plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plates dully welded with M.S Flat iron 25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with M.S Angle iron frame of 25mmx25mm x5mm. The angle iron frame are lower most plate and flate iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 02 Nos . 75mmx75mm of 12 SWG Sheets tube posts dully embanded in cement concreet M-15 grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm , 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm of 12SWG Steel plate tube . All M.S Will be stove enameled onb both sides lettring and printing arrows, boarders etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthestic enameled paint of superior quality in required shade and colour . all sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted primer and two coats of apoxy paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
