Straight Through Joints: Supply ,Erection and commissioning of heat shrinkable type Single Core H.T Cable straight through joints along with boots (SILCAB-T) to accommodate following sizes of 11kV XLPE(E) aluminium cable complete with all kit contents including earth continuity connection along with 3 nos. crimpling type aluminium lugs / thimbles of suitable capacity including making joints etc.in an approved manner complete as required and as per specification ,1CX35 Sqmm.

Supply , installation and commissioning of Elex or Equivalent make , 3 phase photo cell based timer switch includes 3 phase 40A contactor & 1 TPM MCB, 4SP MCBs,suitable for 10KW Load with MS Base wiring and termination. Specifications: a)  Input voltage range: 130V to 350V A.C, 50/60 Hz b) Bright backlit LCD display to show status c)  Separate setting for ON & OFF d)  Power failure memory backup e)  User friendly operations

11kV POWER CABLES (Main Line): Supply and laying of underground cable 900mm. below ground level covered with sand and PCC Covers of 300 mm (Width) X 300 mm (Length) X 60 mm(thickness) in 1:2:4 mix, for covering underground cable including connections, digging in hard rocky soil and refilling with primary compaction of trenches for 1CX120 Sqmm, 11000volt power cable (XLPE), Havells/Polycab brand stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semiconducting compound , insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, al flat strip armoured , and overall pvc sheathed cable conforming to is 7098 / (part-ii) 1985 with the latest amendments,to be laid in HDPE pipes (3cables ,1-Core cables plus 2 cables, 1-core cable as stand by for a line distance of 4.5km i.e. 4.5x5=22.50km) .

Sub Station:- Supply carriage installation testing and commissioning of ,three Phase, Dry Type/Air Cooled, amorphous core, copper wound, 25KVA, 11KV/440V, distribution transformer, including a) Supply carriage installation of 2 no. Octagonal Galvanized Iron Poles 8m long with anchor plate/Bolts including concrete base as per design/IS Specifications and 2 no. GI Pipe sections, 4 inch dia, 8 ft long with base plates, 6mm thick, 305x305mm for 4 pole structure as per RE Standard and 12 no. 8 ft long , 75x40x40x6mm Prefabricated GI Channels for sub station structure. b) Supply and installation of 11KV VCB Complete panel outdoor type including concrete base as per IS specifications , its gantry in channel iron structure as per design c) Providing of J2 Type, 3no. Chemical earthing for the sub station. d) LT Distribution box, with bus bars (suitable for 100A), MCCB 100A, 3 No. 10-60A,10no. 1 ph, energy meters, 3 ph Voltmeter, 3 ph Ammeter. GI Octagonal Pole specifications are :- Section 8000mm,top/bottom dia 70/135mm,thickness 3mm,base plate 220x220x16mm thick, foundation bolt length 750mm,no. Of bolts 4x20

Providing of earthing as per RE Standard to GI Poles of street lighting along the track

Supply installation testing and commissionig of 110W, LED street lights, with fittings,Havels/Philips/Bajaj or equivalent make, with life class not less than 50000 hrs, operating voltage of 100-300volt,Operating Temperature to -10 Deg C to +50 Deg C pressure die cast Al- alloy houising (Heat Sink), UV Stablized, poly carbonate cover and inbuilt driver with dust and water proof , conforming to IP 66 (2lights/pole)

11kV POWER CABLES (Tap Lines): Supply and laying of under ground cable 900mm. below ground level covered with sand and PCC Covers of 300 mm (Width) X 300 mm (Length) X 60 mm(thickness) in 1:2:4 mix, for covering underground cable including connections, digging in hard rocky soil and refilling with primary compaction of trenches for 1CX35 Sqmm, 11000volt power cable (XLPE), 3 single core cables + i single core cable as stand by, Havells /Polycab brand stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound , insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, al flat strip armoured , and overall pvc sheathed cable conforming to is 7098 / (part-ii) 1985 with the latest amendments, Aluminium conductor armoured and proper dressing of the cable,,to be laid in HDPE pipes(tapping for 5No. distribution sub stations avg 200m/DT)

Cable Termination: Supply ,Erection and commissioning of heat shrinkable type cable kits of 1CX120/35 Sqmm size for 5 no. Tapping (20no. Kits/tapping) and other terminals of 11KV line

Providing of 3.5 KVA light weight Mini Gen Sets as back up arrangement and their carriage installation testing and commissioning at all DT Locations with LT Change over(30A) arrangements

Operation and Maintanence incuding watch and ward for 2nd year after commissioning of the Job @ 2% of Bid cost

Supply carriage erection and commissioning of Street Light Poles 7.0 M long GI Octagonal type including concrete foundation for pole as per IS specifications. GI Octagonal Pole specifications are :- Section 7000mm,top/bottom dia 70/130mm,thickness 3mm,base plate 220x220x110mm thick, foundation bolt length 750mm,no. Of bolts 4x20 , 63mm dia double galvanised light holding arm

Supplying & fixing of cable route marker precasted with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse s& :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom & 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required, after every avg 500m of underground cable.

Operation and Maintanence incuding watch and ward for 3rd year after commissioning of the Job @3% of the Bid cost

Providing of CCTV Cameras along with wiring at 5no. Sub stations (2no. Each/sub stn)

LV CABLES _Main: Supply & laying of 2C 16mm Sq LV (1.1KV) Grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Havels/Polycabbrand,Aluminium conductor, armoured LV Power cable 750mm. below ground level covered with s&& P.C.C covers of 300 mm (Width) X 300 mm (Length) X 60 mm (Thickness), for covering under ground cable suitablly as per requirement for mechanical protection to the cable,including necessary connection,excavation& refilling of trenches for the following sizes as per specification.
