Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work for 6.5 mm thick PVC moisture resistant board including re-fisxing of wiring, illumination system and all fittings

PSupply & Laying of polished wooden panneling 12mm thick with base of wooden frame work and 8mm ply to walls & ceiling and fixing of wooden moulding beeding at top & bottom incl. cost of all materials required for the job

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on old work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied

Manfacture, supply and delivery of Recess mounted LED flat pannel (1feetx1feet) of 20-24w wattage with inbuilt driver, each assembled on single MCPCB, having color temperature of 6500K and having 50000 burning hrs life with minimum @L70 (rated lumen maintenance life of 70% or 50000hrs) and should have minimum luminous efficacy 100lm/w, pf 0.95 and THD10%. The colour rendering index (CRI) of LED light should be more than 80. Housing should be made of CRCA coating with glare free diffused polycarbonate cover IP -20. Note: IEC compliant for safety , performance & EMI from LED source Manifacturer & LM79-08/IS16106 from NABL approved lab. manifacturer mandatory including connection wire, testing etc to complete the job in all respects. Each lumanrie should be having 1 year guarentee certificate from the manifacturer. Mains voltage range : 220-240v, frequency :60/50HZ, color : white and BEE star rating -3 or above

Supply and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6A & 15/16A modular socket outlet and 15/16A modular switch , connections etc as required

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required

Steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Welded) (Total 68 feet MS angle iron 50X50X6mm and welded with 6mm thick M.S Chequered Trench Covers) as per site requirement

Painting with aluminum paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position : Budloo / Fir wood

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side, Grade I, Type II IS : 12823 marked

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): First class kail wood

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B), fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge and panelling with panels of : 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (decorative lamination on both sides) grade-I, medium density flat pressed three layer particle board FPT-I or graded wood particle board FPT-I, IS: 3087 marked, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS: 848 and pre-laminated conforming to IS: 12823, Grade-I, Type-II marked

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass long nose bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 810 gms.

Providing & fixing of CP Brass Wall Mixer of (Parco or Jaqvar) 15mm Nominal bore

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required : White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps.

Providing & fixing of CP Bras swash basin Mixer of (Parco or Jaqvar) 15mm Nominal bore

Dismantling of old tile/chips work form the floor including mechanical/manual carriage upto dumping site

Dismantling of old ceiling including dismantling of wiring, lightsalong with carriage and stacking at dumping site

(B) Replacing damaged corrugated G. S. sheet of roofing of main control room building at 200 MVA Grid station Pampore

Dismantling G.S. Sheet roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead .

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2
