Design, Packing, transportation, insurance, supply installation testing and commissioning of pilfer resistant 11KV metering Kiosk suitable for housing Resin cast CTs & PT and TV meter fabricated out of MS Sheet of thickness not less than 2mm duly powder coat painted. The foundation base should be of M/S channel not less 100x50 mm. it should have two chambers. HV chamber and LV chamber. Both chamber having one sided hinged door arrangements. The LV chamber shall be suitable for installation of Tri-vector meter HV chamber suitable for installation of CT's. PT's and termination of 11KV cable. It should be possible to take meter readings manually, through CMRI and computer without opening the LV chamber door. Each panel Should contain the following items a) 01 set (3 No.) single phase indoor type resin cast current transformer suitable for 11KV, metering having following ratios b) 40/5 for 630KVA c) 1 set 11KV/ 110 Volt,3 Phase resin cast Potential transformer d) 1 set copper bus bar duly insulated by the monoplast tape e) 1 lot of nuts and brass bolts with washers f) 1 Lot of PVC copper wire flexible multi-strand of required size for secondary connections. For CT wiring the minimum wire size shall be 4mmsq (RYB) and for PT wiring minimum wire size shall be 2.5 mmsq (RYB). CT & PT wiring routed through separate rigid GI conduit g) 1 lot of copper lugs preferably ring type duly crimped for termination of wire and cables h) Ground bus of minimum 40mm copper. 25 cm long fixed to the unit in HV chamber. The CT's PT meter and 11KV cable sheath shall be grounded to the bus through grounding wire (green) of min. size 10mmsq
