Dismantling tile/ plaster work in floor and walls laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 100 meters lead.

Providing and laying glazed vitrified floor tiles ( anti skid) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete 11.52.1 Size of tile 600x1200 mm (Kitchen,PLCC Room and battery room).

Electrification of the Kitchen at 132/33 kV Badampora GSS Supply,Installation, Testing and commissioning of (Providing and fixing of all standard accessories) of light point, fan point, two way control points etc. using HMS/MMS 2mm thick, 25mm dia PVC conduit with all conduit accessories like heavy duty junction boxes, conduit bends, MS 16 gauges pull boxes 100MM x 100 MM x 50MM or 150MM x200MM x 50MM deep, with MS covers etc. The work scope is for concealed conduit system IN wooden/RCC ceiling / WALL and surface conduit system above false ceiling and therefore wall chiseling i.e. ziri cutting with mechanical cutter, laying of conduits on ceiling , installation of conduits in wall with metallic modular boxes, staples/saddles etc. is included in scope of contractor. The switch / socket (contractor supplied) shall be of make as specified below approved make with metallic modular boxes shall be installed for concealed flush type arrangement. The earth wire PVC insulated 1.5 sq. mm copper 1.1 KV Grade is to be installed in conduit along with wires. The switch / socket (contractor supplied) shall be modular type of make as specified in list of approved make (below) with metallic modular boxes shall be installed /executed as per drawing, specification to ensure good aesthetics, line & level. All materials like wire, conduit, switches, switchboard shall be supplied by contractor as per below approved make. Above specification governs all work specified in items. The cables must be of FRLS type. Cables- Polycab, RR Kables, Finolex, Primecab. PVC conduict : BEC , Modi, Shrinath, Kent, Precision, Polycab The scope shall also include dismantling the existing electrical wiring setup including switches, sockets and other damaged electrical apparatus like ceiling Fans, Exhaust Fans etc properly without damage and storage of the same at Sub-divisional/Divisional stores as per the directions of Engineer-incharge. The scopeshall also include rapair works in terms of plastering of chiseled/cut surface.

Wiring for Light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for Fan point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

( Note:These sockets are to be fixed and looped from light switchpoints at demracated switchboards along with installation of switch boards where wiring for light points in respective rooms is complete).
