The bidder should have executed similar nature of works during the last five years with the following criteria: 1 work equivalent to 80% of the estimated cost, 2 works each equivalent to 50% of the estimated cost, and 3 works each equivalent to 40% of the estimated cost. The monetary values for these criteria are: 1 work equivalent to 80% of INR 353.88 Lacs = INR 283.10 Lacs, 2 works each equivalent to 50% of INR 353.88 Lacs = INR 176.94 Lacs each, and 3 works each equivalent to 40% of INR 353.88 Lacs = INR 141.55 Lacs each. Alternatively, the total monetary values are: 1 work equivalent to 80% of the estimated cost = INR 283.10 Lacs, 2 works each equivalent to 50% of the estimated cost = 2 x INR 176.94 Lacs = INR 353.88 Lacs, and 3 works each equivalent to 40% of the estimated cost = 3 x INR 141.55 Lacs = INR 424.65 Lacs. The bidder should also possess satisfactory completion and performance certificates of the above-executed works.
