The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar electric completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar electric completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar electric completed work costing not less than 100% of the estimated cost, although another similar requirement is also mentioned with a value of 80% of the estimated cost. For joint venture firms, the lead partner should have experience with at least 40% of the transformation capacity, while other partners should have experience with at least 25% of the transformation capacity. The bidder should have experience with at least 25% of the transformation capacity considered in the proposed bid. The sum of KVA ratings of power transformers proposed in the present bid should be in satisfactory operation for at least one year. Additionally, experience in higher voltage capacity substation or line is also considered, with specific examples including 200 Kms of 132 KV lines and a 50 MVA capacity EHT substation, making the bidder eligible for 33/11 KV or 66/11 KV substation part of up to 100 MVA capacity and lines up to 400 kms length. The percentage of similar works completed is at least 25% of the transformation capacity considered in the proposed bid. The amount is related to the sum of KVA ratings of power transformers proposed in the present bid.
