The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three similar electric completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. * Two similar electric completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. * One similar electric completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. For joint ventures, the lead partner should have successfully erected, tested, and commissioned electrical works of 33 KV/11 KV substation with at least 40% of the transformation capacity considered in the proposed bid. Each of the other partners should have successfully erected, tested, and commissioned electrical works of 33 KV/11 KV substation with at least 25% of the transformation capacity considered in the proposed bid. The bidder is also required to provide a statement of similar nature of works completed during the last 3 years, which includes details such as the name of the work, client, date of award and agreement, date of completion, cost of the work, total payment received, and the component of similar nature of work in the entire work in percentage. Additionally, the bidder's experience in higher voltage capacity substation or line will also be considered fit for the above calculation, and the system created must be in satisfactory operation for at least one year as on the date of opening of the bid. The bidder must have an average annual financial turnover of not less than 30% of the estimated tender value during the last three years.
