The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed work(s) of similar nature during the last seven years. The specifics are as follows: - Three similar completed works valuing not less than 40% (i.e., 128.99 Lacs) for each work. - Two similar completed works valuing not less than 50% (i.e., 161.24 Lacs) for each work. - One similar completed work valuing Rs. 257.99 Lacs for the work. Substantial completion/substantially completed works are those works which are completed up to a minimum 80% (value-wise) of the allotted value of that work. The bidder should provide work completion certificates containing details such as name of work, allotment number and date, allotted value of contract, value of completed work, and actual date of completion. Similar nature of works will mean construction of multi-storeyed building, either load-bearing or framed structure.
