The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing at least one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works not less than 40% of the estimated cost of works in the last seven years. The bidder should also have supplied at least 02 Nos. Generator/Power Transformers having a minimum capacity of 24 MVA and have repair experience of at least 02 Nos. Generator/Power Transformers of 400 KV or above Voltage level and having a minimum capacity of 24 MVA. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of seven percent per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. The bidder should submit notarized copies of supply orders along with performance certificates of a minimum of one year since commissioning of the same, issued by clients, to support their prior work experience. The bidder should have achieved a minimum Annual construction turnover of at least equivalent to the estimated cost of works for which bid has been invited in any one year in the last three years. The similar work is defined as "Manufacture/Repair of Generator/Power Transformer of 400KV voltage level or above". The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 80%, 50%, and 40% of the estimated cost of work for one, two, and three similar works respectively. The bidder should have supplied at least 02 Nos. Generator/Power Transformers having a minimum capacity of 24 MVA, which is 50% of the capacity of the transformer of Dulhasti PS. Startups registered for similar nature of work are exempted from meeting the qualification criteria in respect of Prior Experience-Prior Turnover, subject to their meeting the quality and technical specification. Experience of bidder as sub-contractor approved by Project developer shall be considered, and experience of bidders as member of Consortium/Joint Venture shall be considered as per distribution of work against the member of the Consortium/Joint Venture.
