a) Development of tube well with back wash method with Air Compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM(300PSI air delivery system) with pumping pipe of minimum 100mm dia and air line of minimum 65 mm dia till well is thoroughly developed as per clause 4.2 of IS 11189 code 1985 with up to date amendments if any complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge, for a minimum period of at least 40 hours. b) Development of tube well be continuous over pumping method with the submersible pump of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge established by the compressor, free of all sediments as per IS 11189 code 1985 with up to date amendents if any, for a minimum period of at least 30hours, the draw down and the discharge to be established by running the pump continuously for 8 hours in presence of the officer of the department not less than the rank of AEE. The complete well thus constructed is to be handed over to the territorial mechanical division for harnessing. Completion of test for yeild to ensure the quality of watr is as laid down in IS-10500; 1983, the grouting & sealing of the tube well needs to be done to ensure safe sanitary conditions as per IS- 2800; 1991. An apron around the well (mix shall be M10 grade) & slopping away from it to protect the well from pollution has to be constructed to prevent contaminated water flowing back into it. the casing pipe is to be anchored within the apron by welding ISMC- 150 steel bracing with crates and sufficient welding area 2 mtrlength each bracing embedded within the apron (4 bracing). the complete well thus constructed is to be handed over to the territorial mechanical division for harnessing. i). Apron Size = 2.5mtr x 2.5mtr. ii). Apron Depth at skirt = 300mm. iii). Apron depth at well casing = 350mm.

Providing/fittimg of 200 mm dia MS Casing pipe including slotted pipe and fabrication of the conical bail plug as per the casing assembly chart as per the drawing issued by site engineers in accordance with the soil strata as per the exploratory remarks the job includes length to length joining of pipe lengths by welding over v grooves created by bevelling to ensurerobust jointing, strengthening of pipe joints by welding, moreover vertical allignment has been checked at all joints to ensure an exact coaxail allignment of well assembly. The job includes bevelling of pipe in case beveling is not proper or was damaged during transit is to be done by a grinder at site.

Providing and lowering of submersible water pumpset 3-phase 7.5 HP with two nos. of safety wire of thickness 8mm. upto depth of 45 mtr. in borewell with provision of installation of electric starter and submersible insulated cable 6.0 Sq. mm. (Pump set- Crompton Greaves/Equivalent) or as per direction of Enginer in charge.

Providing and lowering of submersible water pumpset 3-phase 5.0 HP with two nos. of safety wire of thickness 8mm. upto depth of 45 mtr. in borewell with provision of installation of electric starter and submersible insulated cable 6.0 Sq. mm. (Pump set Make-Crompton Greaves/Equivalent) or as per direction of Enginer in charge.

Providing and lowering to proper levels 50 mm. G.I. pipe for tube well (G.I. Pipe make- Jindal, Tata, Prakash, Surya) or as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 UV stablized and anti microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fitting i/c treanching, refilling and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
