Providing and Laying of stone soling hand packed complete job incld carriages

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying chisel dressed devri stone of size 300x200 mm face with 75mm to 100mm depth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cememt : 6 coarse sand) upto plinth level including curing one face dressed fine chisel dressed

Labour charges for providing and making ornamental cornices (5mm -10mm thick stone) of chisel dressed devri stone provided in copping of parapits of approved design and pattern or as directed by engineer incharge

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

12mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete On concrete works

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or re-plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungue, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc. including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid ammonia chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agents as approved by Archaeological survey of India/Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, windows door etc, by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/structure, all as per directions of Engineer-in-charge(the rate is inclusive of all materials and labours involved except scaffolding)

Fine chiseling of existing devri stone floor manually incld cost for cleaning of surfaces as per directions of engineer incharge

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Silt clearance from canals. Inclusive of initial lead and lift ( 50m & 1.5m respectively )

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully coveredwith high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge; letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001in silver white with blue colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class -II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminum alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts @ 300mm c/c all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminum sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).Overhead informatory road signage.
