Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. removal of form work in Column/ Pillars

Supplying, cutting, bending to shape, fabricating, fixing and tying in position TMT Reinforcement Steel at all levels and location as shown in the structural drawing.

Providing and laying Boulder filling of specified dimensions including all carriages of material complete.

Providing and applying average 15 mm thk cement plaster in single coat incement sand mortar 1:4 to all surfaces at all levels including surface preparation, staging, scaffolding as directed.

Providing and fixing 20mm to 25mm Devri Stone Exterior Wall tiles of approved size and design over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete

Providing and fixing Devri Stone Cornice 100mm x 100mm for Plinth/ Exterior Walls/ Gate Pillars, etc tiles of approved design complete job

Providing and fixing of 50mm thick reverse shaped semi glazed anti skid superior interlock (Colored approved tile of specified grade and shade). Cluster tile laid over 50mm thick sand cushion duly leveled and compacted all carriages complete job as directed at site.

Strctural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer in angles / flats / tubes / channels for Gates, Grill work, etc all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new steel work including sand papering and knotting complete.

Construction of Security Cabin of approved design with the following features/ details: 1. Inside Cabin Size: : 4’-0” x 4’-0” x 7’-6” 2. Structure should be made of MS Tubes of approved size as directed by Engineer in charge. 3. Front and Back side shall be partly glazed with 5.00mm thick glass pans in upper panels and bottom panels hall be closed with 4.00mm thick ACP Panels in between powder coated aluminum section as directed by engineer in charge. 4. Two sides shall be closed with 4.00mm thick ACP Panels in between powder coated aluminum section as directed by engineer in charge. 5. False ceiling with PVC Paneling 8mm thick with necessary frame work as per directions of Engineer In Charge. 6. Including Truss Work with MS Hollow Tubes as directed and providing and Fixing of Color Coated High Rib Profile sheeting and Colored Ridges, PVC Paneling in Side Gables, etc. 7. Including 1’-6” Plinth in cement Concrete with nominal reinforcement, Cement Concrete/ Ceramic Tile Flooring. 8. Including all necessary fittings required for windows,& Door & Four No Lighting Points. 9. Including all minor works complete job to the satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.
