Providing designing and fixing of Air Walker of following specifications:- Size: 1070*460*1360mm Main Post: 140 mm dia and 3.0mm thick Other Pipes: 88mm dia 2.5 mm thick Material: Carbon steel pipe and powder coated 80-120 micron thick using Akzo Nobel or equivalent. All welding joints of pipe shall be robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. All open ends of pipe to be closed with GI/ LLDPE caps, base plate cover shall be made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with minimum 8mm thickness, UV resistant and colour. High quality grip rubber should be used on handles. Foothold shall be made of nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury. Maintenance free bearings should be used in the equipments duly oil sealed and self lubricated. The equipment shall be fitted with in-built limiters. The equipment shall be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 and J shaped welded bolts and when concrete is set, fixing the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base plate cover

Horse rider Station: Providing designing and fixing of Rider of following specifications:- Size: 1100 x 550 x 1480mm Main Post: 140 mm dia and 3.0mm thick Other Pipes: 60mm dia 2.5 mm thick Material:Carbon steel pipe and powder coated 80-120 micron thick using Akzo Nobel or equivalent in desired shade and colour. All welding joints of pipe shall be robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. All welding joints of pipe shall be robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs.
