S&F in replacement of MCCBs TP / FP 415 Volts 50HZ adjustable including complete connections with incoming cable and outgoing cable with suitable thimbles and crimping the thimbles with crimping tools insulating the naked portion with insulation tape as under complete all as specified and directed for the following:- (a) MCCB 100 Amps TP, 415 volts 25 KA with thermal and magnetic setting

(d) MCCB 160 Amps 4 poles, 415 volts 35 KA with thermal and magnetic setting

Cutting and trimming of tree branches to clear the over head lines in the arc of HT/ LT over head lines feeders (including repairing and jointing of ACSR conductor if damaged during cutting of trees) and removal of the trimmed branches of trees, removing and depositing the same away from the site, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: All tools required for the job should be arranged by the contractor within the overall cost quoted in the item.

Labour only for restringing of ACSR conductor any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screw and single swan neck as specified type 410 SP - 22 (9 Mtr long) including removing existing unserviceable poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Preparing existing old surface of steel tubular poles of 09/11 Mtr long and applying one coat of aluminium paint on the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables/erection of pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Bracket made out of GI tubing medium grade 40 mm bore , 90 cm long including MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 x 10 mm , nuts, bolts, washers etc and including applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer before fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 2 runs of PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded aluminium conductor cable and one run of 1 sqmm copper wire as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including rigid non metallic conduit 20 mm external dia fixed on poles & connecting up complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of cable and one run of earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one length.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at all level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning with a layer of river sand 23 cm thick under and above the cable complete all as specified and directed.

(c) MCCB 400 Amps 4 pole 415 volts 35 KA with thermal and magnetic setting

Painting black and white strips 05 Nos (each strip of 30 cm height) with synthetic enamel paint of black and white colour round the steel tubular pole alternatively from the bottom of the pole also including numbering of pole complete all as specified and directed.

ACSR conductor of any size on existing LT pole including copper binding or aluminium tap complete all as specified and directed.

Pin type insulator 100 mm height, 65 mm dia porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, suitable for 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.
