M&L wall care putty on wall 1mm thick layer including completed removing of existing tratment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed. Note :This items will be executed upto 6th floor on external surface.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed .Note :This items will be executed upto 6th floor on external surface.

M & L for preparetion of plastered or unplastered old decorated surface of wall includind pillaster and cornices etc and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint on wallover a layer of birla putty complete all as specified directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces including complete removal of existing surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparetion of Old surfaces plastered or unplasterd of wall and applying one coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (apex) paint surfaces complete all as specified ans directed by Engr-in-Charge (Tint and shade as approved by the GE) . Note :This items will be executed upto 6th floor on external surface.

Material and labour for applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (Weather Coat-antifungal) paint including preparation by mechanical means (Spray gun) including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil, greasy spots and over a coat of exterior primer on plastered/unplastered(tiles) surfaces complete all as specified ans directed by Engr-in-Charge (Tint and shade as approved by the GE) (Note :This items will be executed upto 6th floor on external surface.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions height of bldg upto 7.50 mtr including scapfoldings complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on brick or concrete surface as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of ceiling / chajja concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in cluding two coat of distemper/acrelic emulsion complete all as specified & directed. Note The items will be executed upto 6th floor on external surface.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for a 1mm thick layer wall care putty on wall including a coat of primer including preparation etc all as spd and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted with roller application over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (IN BLOCK, ROMAN, ITALIC OR INDIAN) not exc 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint to match existing work complete all as directed. Make:-Asian/ Berger/Nerolac/Nicholson.

Note :- (i) It is intimated that, every items of this contract will be excuted upto 6th floor of building No separite payment will be made to this contractor for this scaffolding used in this contract. (ii) Qty of any itemes of this contract can be increase or decrease as per site requirement. (iii)Contractors/Contractor representative/ Engineer will report to Bikram complain cell/ concern JE daily in morning at 08:30 AM to collect complaint for routine/urgent works related to day to day maintenance till completion of contract. (iv) Contractor's representative for attending the complaints should be in proper uniform i.e. Blue shirt, Trouser, Cap, Safety Shoes and carry tool bag. (v) Contractor will provide 01 Masson with 01 labour, 01 Plumber and 01 Carpenter daily at complain cell at 08:30 hrs. (vi) If contractor does not complete the petty work within 24 hrs contractor will charged penaulty Rs 500/- per day per complaints. (vii) Contractor has to handover 25% store in MES complaint cell/store on quarterly basis for daily complaints. (viii) Periodical carried out up to 30' height with scafolding and necessary safety precaution (Helmet, Seat belt & Jacket). (ix) If contractor fail any above (a) to (f) conditions, contractor will charged penaulty Rs 500/- per day per complaints.
