M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable all as specified. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning in replacement of factory made (CPRI test certified manufacturer) LT feeder pillar box of minimum size 60cm (Height) x 40cm (Width) x 30 cm (Depth), indoor type, floor mounted, cubical compartmentalized type suitable for 240 volts, single phase, 50 Hz supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated aluminium busbar 100 Amps rating (100% neutral) installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof made of 3 mm (outer) & 2 mm (inner compartment door) CRCA sheet duly powder coated, panel mounted on angle iron 40x40x6 mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:2:4 and 30 cm clear space front ground level. Front & back opening type with aprons for cable entry with locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable size, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable glands. M&L for testing, laying of XLPE PVC sheathed armored cable 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed .

B/R Portion

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm, deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Hardcore using broken stone boulders not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 75 mm PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in sub base complete all as specified and directred

Supply only Fine aggregate (sand) for sand cousioning

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking pavour block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with glossy finish colour shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Sand will be measured & paid separately )

M&L 15mm thick plastering on concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces on wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(Using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed.
