S&F of 90 W LED Street Light luminaire confirmining including all necessary arrangement for fixing on Pole made up SITC of high quality integrated LED street light with a miniumum system lumen of 9900 Lm and system wattage not exceeding 90 W with nominal efficiency 110 lumen/Watt. CCT of 5700K with SDCM of <5 and CRI>70. The houing should be of non- Corrosive high -pressure die cast aluminum with heat resistant toughened clear glass to with stand extreme environments with PF>0.95. Life time of 50K Hrs @L70. The ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with IK rating of 07. The luminaire should have 5 KV internal 10 KV external surge protection in the luminaire. Incl taking down old unsv light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr in- Charge.

S&F of 120W LED Flood Light luminaire made up of Matt black ptextured powder coated pressure Die Cast aluminum housing and frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screw/ Ant dust exposed lens, sturdiness and embossed brand name/ logo name of manufacturer on fixture . The luminaire should have a minimum system lumen output of 14400 lumens and 120 Watts. The fixture shall have a CRI of minimum 70. The fixture shall be designed for a sysytem life of 50000 hours @ 70 % lumen maintenence , Ingress protection of IP 66 (lamp and gear compartment ) and Mechanical impact resistance ratinfg of IK>=07. The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 120-277V, surge protection of internal 4 KV amd external surge protection of 10 KV, PF.0.95, THD<10%. Incl taking down old unsv light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr in- Charge.

S&F of 180W LED Flood Light made up of pressure die cast Aluminium Housing with toughned glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection. The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 120-277V, surge protection of internal 4 KV amd external surge protection of 10 KV, PF.0.95, THD<10%. Incl taking down old unsv light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement old broken post top Lantern of capacity 12 W energy saving , environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution spun aluminium land scape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source . The luminare shall be complete IP65 for optical compartment suitable gor working for input voltage range of 140 V to 270 V Light shall have power factor more than 0.9 with THD less than 10%.having lm of 900w including complete electrical connection with fixing arrangement 50 mm Conduit pipe/ GI pipe complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 9 W LED bollard light fitting with opal arylic diffuser and IP 65 protection powder coated square extruded aluminium housing. Mushroom Shape Opal acrylic diffuser is fixed in die cast aluminium frames on four sides for pleasant light output with inbuilt driver with 4.5 kV surge protection.Luminaire is provided with a base plate and fixing holes for directly mounting on the concrete pedestal.LEDs mounted on top die cast aluminium housing and can be separated from base plate for easy maintenance complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully flood light, street light /perimeter lighting luminaries from its position of any size/wattage from over head line poles or from elevated sentry post for carrying out repair/replacement of burnt/worn out accessories and removing unserviceable items from site and depositing to MES store yard at Nagrota, including material and labour for replacement of worn out wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable 1.5 sqmm size, connector block, screws etc. Refixing the fitting after repair to its position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note- Accessories/components required for replacement i.e Driver, Surge protection device shall be measured and paid separately under relative item of Sch 'A' ) Note : Contractor responsibility is to liase with the department concerned for LT supply shut down required to carry out the work & also ensure the safety of labour employed by giving them safety equipments like helmet, gloves, safety belt , discharge rod etc and nothing extra shall be permisissible in this account.

S&F Mounting arm for installation of LED light made from 1.5"(40mm) GI pipe light grade(B class) of total length 1.5 mts (to be fabricated as per approved design), to be supplied alongwith mounting clamps-02 Nos,fabricated from (65mm x 5mm)MS providing 04 no Nut Bolt washer including dismantling taking down old unsv bracket of any type with clamps , nuts bolts etc complete all as per directed.Note : The Contractor should fix the clamp as per site requirment.

Supply and fix 1100 Volts heavy duty round sheathed multistranded three core copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm for electrical connections to the street lights fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cleaning, preparing and painting with one coat of aluminium paint to steel tubular pole 9 m long complete with cross arms, MS channels, angle iron, frame work, etc incl numbering of pole with black enameled paint from stencil, complete all as specified & directed

Supply and Fixing in replacement of old burnt constant current driver suitable for followning LED security light/Flood light fitting of 25 to 60 W capacity complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing in replacement of old burnt constant current driver suitable for followning LED security light/Flood light fitting of 72 to 100 W capacity complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cables with well burnt sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Fixing , Commissioning and testing of CPRI approved outdoor cubical type LT Feeder Piller box plateform mounted suitable for 415 Volt 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bar 100 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The Panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 54 class protection and made of 3.15 CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6 mm thick angle iron frame work , externally powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coat of red oxide primer on inside , front and rear opening type, with approns for cable entry , with double door shutter and locking arrangement Including internal wiring 2.5 sqmm with PVC Insulated , soild copper conductor , FRLS cable ,IS-694 marked of adequate size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The Scope of work include the following:Incoming : (i) MCCB TPN , 415 volt grade 63 Amps rating and 16 KA rupturing capacity : 01 No Incoming (ii) Indicating Lamps -01 set of three (iii) Digital Timer Switch with suitable size MCB & contactor for automatic ON/OFF switching-01 Nos Note : The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of excavation, PCC Foundation , Plastering for errecting the Panel Complete.

Supply and fix aluminium lugs of any type / shape of capacity from 10 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium lugs of any type / shape of capacity 35 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium lugs of any type / shape of capacity 120 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for fabrication and installation of feeder pillar box outdoor canopy type, size 40cm (Height) x 30 cm (width) x 12 cm (thick), size of canopy 30cm x 13 cm complete with locking arrangement, 4 Nos aluminium busbar size 20 x 5mm, 8 Nos nut bolt, & 8 Nos aluminium cable socket suitable for upto 185 sqmm cable embeded in PCC foundation with 2 Nos angle iron leg 25mm x25mm, 400 mm long as per sample including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI Tubing Light grade 40 mm Bore dia as Cable Protection fixed on walls/ poles by using the suitable size clamps , nuts , bolts etc or laid in trenches complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for Steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (09 mtr long) with 300x300x6mm mild steel plate continuously welded to pole , finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws complete all as specified and directed including painted with black bituminous paint internally and externally with anti corrosive paint in alternate black and white strips 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top edge of concrete and remaining pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including writing the number etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Excavation and Earth work, PCC in foundation and copping shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed .Dismantling and taking out damage/rusted cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates from existing poles / dismantled poles / pole structures complete all as directed. Note: The work under subject BoQ (item No. 1.00 to 46.00 ) are meant for maintenance of Security light/street light in Nagrota Mil Stn ( Including Katra, Sanjhi Chat, Charli Hill ). The work shall be executed on ground on required basis. Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of External Electric Supply at Station. Contractor or his representative will daily attend the complaints at E/M complaint cell and in addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 24 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 1500/- per day shall be recovered from contractor's payment for each complaint so notified.
