Material and labour for well burnt, old size Sub Class 'B' brick for covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI pipe (Light grade) for protection of LT cable fixed to walls/poles/road crossing including suitable size clamps complete of size 50 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including, nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat, one finishing coat of aluminium paint and epoxy coating, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stay assembly complete comprising of 20mm dia 40cm long stay bow rod 20mm dia x 1.8 Mtr long galvanised stay rod threaded with nuts, including 300mmx300mmx6mm thick plate necessary clamps etc as shown on plate No. 1 on page 495 of SSR Part-I, 2009 complete including taking down U/S stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Loop type insulator, stay clamp, stay wire, excavation and concrete work measured separately).

S & F galvanised steel stranded stay wire size 7/4mm for stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

S & F loop type insulator with complete fiting porcelain, vitreous white or brown large size with over all dismensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600mmx600mm and 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edges, of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanised Iron earth lead 32x6mm (GI Strip) size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6 mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) , reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg per sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe of suitable length for watering perforated at bottom placed on top edged of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling and removal of surplas soil to distance not exceeding 50 mtr plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to feeder pillars and Transformer all as specified including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for XPLE insulated screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip & wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade of size 120 sqmm, 3.5 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection to LT panel / bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating laid in trenches through pipe or under culvert including taking out existing cables,complete all as specified and directed. (Note – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in,removal of soil ,sand cushioning,brick cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item).

Taking out the old unserviceable /burnt MCCBs of various capacity and make from different LT panels after proper shutdown form the respective sub station and supply and fix for MCCB 400 amp, 4 pole 415 volts, 3 phase ,50 Hz AC with thermal megnetic setting & 36 kA breaking capacity with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt.II/1993(Latest Version) should be load line biased suitable for isolation. The MCCB should have Ics= 100% Icu for short circuit breaking capacity of minimum 36 kA rms at 415 volts 50 Hz AC. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer.

The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer. Make: Siemens/Legrand/ABB/Schneider/L&T.

Supply and fixing for bus bar chamber ,3 phase 415 volts, 4 ways having aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 amps , fixing on angle iron 40x40x5mm including PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of LT busbar chamber box of minimum size 90 cm (Height) x 70 cm (Width) x 45 cm (Depth), outdoor type, double door type, front/rear opening type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire (100% neutral), 50 Hz supply system all as specified and directed. Box made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet factory made wheather proof, dust proof and vermin proof duly powder coated with 04 Nos of aluminum busbar 300 Amps, 50 cm each (each busbar having 04 Nos of nuts, bolts, washers) horizentally placed on insulators suitable for & including MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amp,thermal adjustable and magentic setting having rupturing capacity 25 KA (Ics=100% Icu), 415 volts AC along with Extended Ratory handle ,Spreader terminals and phase barrier hinged and lockable door arrangement complete with interconnections with aluminium solid strips, busbar chamber mounted on angle iron 40x40x6 mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:3:6 and 30 cm clear space from ground level including fixed on angle iron frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The Panel builder should submit Test Certificate along with GA drawing before executing the job. (Note: Panel shall be a front/rear opening with cable entry from the bottom). Make of MCCB: Legrand/L&T/Schneider.

Material and labour for painting of LT panels/feeder pillar boxes outdoor/indoor type of any sizes or rating installed at varoius location under GE Basoli with two coat of super enamelled paint of approved colour with spray painting gun after cleaning the surface and preparing the same for painting including welding work to LT panels/feeder pillar box shutters as per requirement at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required accessories like hings ,handle and allied items as per job requirement shall deemed to included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof and ground conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cutting, trimming of hanging/ extended braches of trees upto a distance 3 metre from the overhead HT/LT line and making the line clear upto the entire length of the feeder including removal and disposal of the cut tree branches 50 metres away from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Rates shall inclusive of T&P, hydraulic ladder, equipment such as motorised diesel operated hacksaw etc complete. One span comprises of 3 to 5 conductors of any distance between one pole to adjacent pole including trimming of all tree branches in vicinty & around poles /conductor & will be measured as one span. Necessary prior permission shall be obtained from concerned I/C JE E/M before carrying out the work. All safety measures & insurance to the staff undertaking the Job shall be the Contractor's responsibility.
