S & F in repair Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed fancy type ISI marked of size 15mm bore dia.including taking out old unserviceable bib tap complete all as specified and directed.

Calcium Hypochlorite 65% to 70% Chlorine content (Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment much more stronger than chlorine gas, and stronger than bleaching powder & sodium hypochloride packed in 45 Kg drums.Make :- Altoch GP or as approved by HQ E-in-C branch.

S&F in replacement of cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (integrally cast), class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-780, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 150 mm bore including taking down old unservicable sluice valve, all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Gun metal globe or gate valves (ISI-marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 50mm bore and fixed, all as specified.

S&F in replacement of Gun metal globe or gate valves (ISI-marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 40mm bore and fixed, all as specified and directed.

S&F in replcement of Gun metal globe or gate valves (ISI-marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 25mm bore and fixed, all as specified and directed.

S&F inreplcement of Gun metal globe or gate valves (ISI-marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 20mm bore and fixed, all as specified and directed.

(i) Taking down the electric motor of 5 HP of centrifugal Pumpset and transportation to any workshop for repair and back to Pump house after repair work (ii) Dismantling the motor by taking out rotor and rewinding the burnt stator windings with standerd enamelled copper wire of existing size including packing/insulating material etc and varnish with 'F' class insulation varnish . (iii) Assembly after repair work and coupling with existing pumpset , including testing the pumpset to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed. Any minor work adjustment /repair as in pump set deemed to be included in the job work.

M&L for lifting and lowering of submersible pump set complete of capacity upto 17.5 HP with pump and motor including column pipe by replacement of rubber gasket including replacement of nut bolt by new nut, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed

(i) Transportation of submersible pumpset complete of capacity 15/17.5 HP with motor from MES(AGE E&M Sub divn) to any authorised workshop and back to store after carrying out the repair work. (ii) Dismantling the Pumpset and taking out thr burnt out motor and rewinding thr motor with std super enamelled copper wire of existing size including packing/insulating material/varnish etc. (iii) M&L for brass bush made to shape in lathe and fixing the same with shaft including any turning work required-01 job (iv) Assembly of motor and pump,testing the operation of pumping set to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Any minor work adjustment /repair as in pump set deemed to be included in the job work.

S& F run lead joint 150 mm Bore

M&L for Cleaning and sterilisation of under Groung/Semi Under ground water tank of capacity 30000 Gallon having two compartment each of 15000 gallon complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning and sterilisation of Over Head water tank of capacity 50000 Gallon having two compartment each of 25000 gallon of height 20 mtr above GL,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note for Sr No.25 & 26 :- All necessary protection gears and saftey measures such as gum boot,helmet,facemask,saftey belt,ladder/scaffolding,hand gloves etc required for saftey of manpower engaged in the cleaning work shall be provided by the contractor and the rates shall be included in the quoted rate.The department in any case will not be held responsible for any mishappening due to negligence on contractors part.

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning in replacement of factory made (CPRI test certified manufacturer) ASD starter panel of suitable size, indoor type, floor mounted, double door, cubical compartmentalized type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated aluminium busbar 600 Amps rating (100% neutral) installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof made of 3 mm (outer) & 2 mm (inner compartment door) CRCA sheet duly powder coated, panel mounted on angle iron 40x40x6 mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:2:4 of size 3x3 feet and 30 cm clear space front ground level. Front & back opening type with aprons for cable entry with locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable size, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable glands. Developepment of borewell with compressed air capacity minimum 200 psi 900CFM appropriate capacity as ground till to get clear muddy water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of heavy duty MS pipe of size 80 mm dia 3 mtr long (10 feet) both end flanged,welded as in column pipe suitable for submerssible pump having suitable cuts for passing through submerssible cable including nuts.bolts and rubber gaskets complete all s specified and as directed

Supply and fix in replacement of bore well cap for 250 mm bore Ms pipe duly drilled for 80 mm bore MS/GI colum pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS clamps minimum thicknes 10MM and width 10 mm having provision of nut bolt both side suitable for holding and lifting 80 mm dia MS pipe for the bore well complete allas specified and as directed.

M&L for testing water from approved Govt lab for portability by doing physical,chemical and biological analysis as per norms of WHO and submission of Test reports to the entire satifaction of Engineer-In-Charge,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing worn out/burnt induction motor 415 volts, 3 phase, 30 to 60 HP.complete including transportation to civil workshop and re-assembling after repairing as in original position and testing on completion with following complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-winding of induction motor 415 volts upto 60 HP including dismantling and reinstallation motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size complete including packing material and insulating varnishing all as directed.

M&L for servicing of Induction Motor & centrifugal pump capacity from 45 HP to 60 HP complete including greasing existing pump motor assembly including checking and maintaining alignment. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pvc insulated 3 core summersible cable of size of 25 sqmm summersible pumps (make : Havells,polycab, or equivalent)

Note :- An amount of Rs. 64,460.00 on account of credit schedule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
