Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Chlorine Dosing Systems of capacity 20 LPH consisting of the following equipment and services, with necessary PCC foundation of 30 cm height, length and width as required and Copper/ Bronze/ stainless steel equipment specification plate consisting of each of the following equipment specifications as well as operation directions.:- (a) Agitator system comprising of 0.5 HP motor and suitable mixer capable of agitating the Bleaching powder solution of upto 5% chlorine (15kg Bleaching powder per 100 litres water), with the mixer compatible with tank as given below and made of corrosion proof metallic components, with digital timer (with auto cutoff) display measuring time of agitation, timer settings, etc., all along with associated mechanical and electrical fittings and accessories. The agitator system will also have a system for filtering undissolved solids from the inlet to the dosing pumps, all as directed by engineer in charge. (b) Storage Tank and Agitator Tank made of Fibre Reinforced Plastic or material with equivalent toughness and strength with hot forge joined joints, of capacity 200 litres, with suitable mounts for agitator and suitable base to be joined with skids, with drain pipes, clearance pipes for sedimented undissolved solids, inlet water pipeline, etc., and lid of same material, as directed by engineer in charge.

(e) Skid of suitable size, made of corrosion proof metallic structure, heavy duty design, with wheels attached/ laid in PCC foundation (as directed), housing all above equipment, properly electrically insulated.

Notes: - (a) DG set shall be supplied alongwith with original acoustic enclosure of the manufacturer's suitable for 40 KVA set as per CPCB-IV Norms. (b) Pre commissioning test of DG set shall be carried out by the rep of Accepting Officer within overall cost quoted. (c) Foundation of DG set shall be as per design of manufacturer and cost thereof shall be included in overall cost quoted. (d) Complete Dg set shall be included in overall cost quoted.
