S&F in replacement of fabrication and installation of feeder pillar box outdoor canopy type, size 40cm (Height) x 30 cm (width) x 12 cm (thick), size of canopy 30cm x 13 cm complete with locking arrangement, 4 Nos aluminium busbar size 20 x 5mm, 8 Nos nut bolt, & 8 Nos aluminium cable socket suitable for upto 120 sqmm cable embeded in PCC foundation with 2 Nos angle iron leg 25mm x25mm, 400 mm long as per sample including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for servicing of feeder pillar box/ LT Cubical Panel, LT pannel after dismantling the incoming and outgoing connections from MCCB/ Bus bar and replacing the old burnt/ overheated unserviceable lugs, terminals, nuts, bolts, washers supporting insulators etc and welding the hinges of Pannel door and fixing the door in original positions also checking the serviceability of MCB / MCCB, earth continuity conductor and strip etc complete all as specified. Note: (i) Spare parts such as terminals, lugs, nut bolts, etc will be measured and paid under respective item in the schedule, (ii) Labour for fixing charges of the spare parts deemed to be included in the quoted rate for the respective items.

Labour and tools for trimming tree branches up to 100 mm grith of any location around existing HT/LT OH lins giving clearance of 1.5 m on all sides after arranging shut down and taking all precaution while working on lines incl all T&P required for the purpose complete all as specified and diected by Engineer-in- charge. Note : The contractor shall arrange the tree cutting machine and vehicle mounted telescopic ladder for the same.

S & F in Switch air break gang operated (Swing out expulsion ruse insulators), tripple pole mechnical operated from ground level mounted on insulator and steel frame (15 insulators type) out door type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post top insulator with drop out fuses operating rod 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe worked from ground levelconfirming of IS 1818 of 1972 and contineous current rating upto 200 amp and volt 11 KV complete in repairs all as specified & directed.

M & L for taking down , Refixing existing Aluminium strip of any size from building,Store house, Bunkers with porcelain insulator and tightly fix around the building in same or other positions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary Saddles and Nails required for fixing the strip on wall shall be deemed including in quored rate.

Supply and fixing in repair of aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in GI strip of size 25 x 4 mm for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall burried in ground fixed alongwith poles complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surface by cleaning, removing rust, grease and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade (Spray painting outside/inside surface) of the feeder pillar box / LT Panels Outdoor / Indoor type of approximate size 900 x 600 x 500 mm complete with prior permission of Engineer in Charge. Base frame with Black enamel paint (Rate quoted shall deem to be included of Numbering of Panel/ Feeder pillar) complete all as specified.and directed

The work shall be executed on ground on required basis. Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of External Electric Supply at Station. Contractor or his representative will daily attend the complaints at E/M complaint cell and in addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 24 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 1500/- per day shall be recovered from contractor's payment for each complaint so notified.
