M & L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using crushed stone aggregate as in foundation and pillars including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Clean Net Spa Leaf Rake Wire Mesh Frame With 10 feet Aluminum Pole all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M &L for Dismantling of old one and supply & fixing new flash mixer system including dismentling of reduction gears coupled to electric motor type V-400 gear ratio 1:50 make radicon with replacement of V-belts, gear oil, repair to gear, gear shaft etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) T&P required for lifting and lowering for clarifloculator tank compartment shall be provided by the contractor. (ii) Necessary safety precautions for workmen shall be the responsibility of the contractor. (iii) The cost of transportation to workshop and back is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) T&P required such as Hydra Crane shall be provided by the contractor and rate for the same be included in the quoted rates. (v) Maintenance of 2 year AMC will be providede by contactor rate for the same be included in the quoted rates.

M & L for Repair & maint Electric operated chain pulley block capacity 1 ton alongwith carriage made out of angle iron & MS sheet 4mm thick for placing alum slabs. The chain pulley block should be able to lift the alum from ground level to Ist floor vertically and then horizentally upto alum dozing tank complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The rate quoted by the contractor include dismantling of old chain pully block complete, incl PCC work and cost of necessary cable,Pendent Contol Remote of crane including incoming isolator switch as reqd at site.

Supply, laying,testing and commissioning of GI tubing medium grade ISI Marked with all fittings such as elbow, bends, sockets, nipples,Tee, and union etc complete laid in trenches for the 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for repair to lime mixing system including dismantling of reduction gears coupled to electric motor type V-400 make Radicon with replacement of agitator system, gear oil, scrapping of lime tank preparation of surface and painting the tank with two coats of anticorrosion paint complete all as specified and directed. Note - The rate quoted by Contractor cost of all electrical/mechanical work/materials complete required to make the lime mixing system fully functional.

S&F GI Strip of size 25 x 4 mm for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Dismantling of 3 phase Air Blowers of adequate capacity (not less than 250 cfm) coupled with electric driven AC induction Motor of cap 20 HP three phase including carrying out maintenace check along with following repairs electric motor coupled to taking out old UNSV/burnt winding were carefully including taking out old UNSV bearings, preparing the stator for rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate guage and thickness with allied insulating material, varnish, heat treatment of reqd, replacement of bearings , replacement of coupling with key and scrapping old paint preparation of surface and painting the motor with synthetic enamel paint of capacity 20 HP. Dismantling of Twin lobe commpressor in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engr in Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts and assembling the same after filling compressor oil No 320 or as existing, upto indicated level. (b)Heating, varnishing to stator, rotor with super quality varnish and drying out properly. (c) Cleaning, washing and greasing of ball bearing complete. (d) Assembling of motor with old serviceable parts and replacement of UNSV parts with new as ordered where necessary. (e) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load complete..complete all as directed. Note:- Any repair and replacement of parts like bearing,gasket, gland packing, Nuts bolts washers, Gear oil of compressor etc and labour cost to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Rewinding of motor shall be measured and paid to be included in the quoted rates

M & L for chlorine testing kit Digital type Complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F Cast Iron fittings such as bends, connection piece, collers straight or tapered etc of any size 200 mm to 300mm dia conforming to IS 14846 / 2000 for spigot and socket pipe/flanged pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted by Contractor cost of all fitting and dismentaling work complete required to make the system fully functional.

M & L for iron test kit Digital type Complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M& L for for opening covers of existing size of clear water sump , filter bed clear water in let point cover and alum mixing chamber by MS Sheet thickness 25x25x4mm thick MS Angle iron frame and 3.0 mm thick MS plate cover with hinges and necessary locking arrangements painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted by the contractor include necessary Brick and PCC work deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M& L for repair/ Replacement of RATE OF FLOW/LOSS OF HEAD METER FOR RAPID GRAVITY SAND FILTER PLAN .The instrument is a float operated direct reading meter. The pressure of water beyond the filter outlet valve and the pressure of water above the sand bed are directly transmitted to float chamber where two different floats correspond to the two different levels. The dial and the indicator pointer move in the same direction and the difference between two levels in two float tanks is obtained directly from the gauge calibrated accordingly complete all as specified and directed. Note - The rate quoted by Contractor cost of all electrical/mechanical work/materials complete required to make the system fully functional.

Supply, installation and commissioning and testing of LT panel cubical type CPRI Approved certified suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, floor mounted, outdoor type factory fabricated duly powder coated inside and out side, outer cover made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, internal cover and partition made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm covered from all side with front and back openable, weather proof including suitable rating aluminium bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system, wiring with suitable size copper cable and embeded in brickwork in CM 1:4 not less than 60cm above ground level with suitable foundation for fixing panel of required size in ground with nuts, bolts and washer etc. complete comprising of following including taking out the old unserviceable panel complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Dismantling of old one and supply & fixing new reduction gear for flocculators/pre sedimentation tank type V-400 ratio 1:60 make Radicon with replacement of V-belts, gear oil, repair to gears, gear shaft, repair to rail and wheel of the floculator, alignment complete all as specified and directed.
