S&F in replacement of contactor 50Amp ,220V of lift, make as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Battery 12 Volt, 7Ah/18 Ah of lift , make as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Encoder cable of lift as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Notes (contd..): (iv) The Contractor has to carry out the repair/maintenance of the Lifts through OEM only. (v) The repair/maintenance should cover any/all parts of Lifts if its fucntions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (vi) One mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (vii) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (viii) The detailed lift mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (ix) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell. (x) Cost of minor spare parts / routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material.

(i) Notes (contd..): The Lowest Bidder will submit MOU on the stamp paper of Rs. 100 as per specified performa given by the deptt from the OEM i.e OMEGA/CONE within fifteen days of AOC for 11 months, failing which the contract shall be liable for cancellation & further action shall be taken as per the policy in vogue against the defaulter. (ii) The contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the Agreement alongwith tax invoice will be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC, no payment will be made to the contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iii) The material likely replace for maint of the lift i.e. Lop/LCU, Cop/CCU, MCV, Landing Door Shoe, Contracts, Car Door Shoe, Coupler Door Motor, Drive Door, Trailing Cable, Buttons, Spring Landing Doorm, Roller, Relays, Main Drive, Rectifier, SMPS, CTU, Alarm PCB, Single PhaseePreventor, VVVF Drawing,COP/Deisplay, Sensor, Limit Switch, Read Switch, Read Switch, Stop Switch, COP/LOP etc. will be measure separately as per respective item of schedule.

M&L for carry out Servicing / Calibration of APC/UPS with battery 12 volt 7Ah/18 Ah, Model 1000 VA, make as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of door heater rope of lift, make as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Notes(contd....):- check that the retiring car does touch the lock roller at the landing which is being passed, check that car gate switch operated properly, check condition of traveling cable and termination at junction boxes, check guide clamps and adjust, after physical inspection, get the lift to over travel by holding from the controller and see that the switches operate properly, check door closer safety, clean and adjust, if necessary, lubricate top track and door motor and linkage, check that landing doors can be opened by emergency keys. Machine room: Check and adjust overload relay and phase failure relay, check power wiring termination in switch, motor , controller and power switching relays, check lubricants of all equipments.

Notes for item No 1.00 to 6.00:- Brake:- Clean if oil and trace source of oil leakage. Adjust clearance between shoes and drum, clean contacts, check tape safety switch, lubricate shaft bearing, Check tape safety switch. Governor: Check that the levers work smoothly, check that electrical contacts opens before the rope gets locked. Ropes:- Check condition of hoist ropes and governor ropes, Check slack rope if too dry. Hoist way: Lubricate guides and guide shoes, check that the buggers are in porper position and measure and record counter weight buffer cleans with car at the top. Retring car and locks: Check operation of car an lock from the top at each landing , check that retiring car solenoid is not getting over heated and that movemnet of car is smooth, check all the locks are functioning properly mechanically and electrically after opening the covers check all sets screws and springs and replace if necessary the lever should lock the brake properly,

Repair / maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and Periodical servicing by rep of OEM of the lift (G+1) at New Command Hospital Northeran Command ( 08 Passenger =01 Nos) to maintain in a reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & experts by carrying out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner by regularly exaiming, testing, lubricating and adjusting of all the items of lifts with inculding repair/ replacement of all defective parts i.e all type of mechanical and electrical items ,check that lift stop in downward direction properly with 25% overload with operation of the "emergency " stop when lift is moving at full speed, check and lubricate by grease cup or top up oil on sleeve type bearing on: Motor shaft,deflector sheave shaft,governor pulley. Check and lubricate sleeve of governor tensioning pull at the pit. Controller:- Clean contacts and shields with carbon tears cholride. Move relay armature by hand for free movement and see that contacts are aligned. Replace carbon contacts if worn out, Check fuses of controller and mains, Brake oil in dash pots. Check flexible leads to relay. Check and adjust carbon brushes spring pressure commutator reseat brushed, Greasing bearing, AC motors, Lubricate bearing, Clean ventilation passenger, Inspect for tray noises, Lubricate bearing and top up oil in gear box. Notes (contd..) : (xi) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (xii) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair / replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during repair/maintenance at no extra payment.
