'Miscellaneous Items of Works' (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-X) (A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply & Fixing of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, copper winding, double ball bearing with aluminium blade set of 3, length of down rod not less then 300 mm, single phase, 240 volts, ISI marked, incuding connection with three core copper wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of double door type SPN DB 08 Way, 240V with 100A copper busbar each phase, with metalic double door type IP-43 IK 09 protection suitable for housing MCB's complete all as specified and directed. Note : MCB DBs shall be concealed in wall where ever posible including making good the surface to match with surrounding. The same shall be included in quoted rates.

(B) SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

Material and labour for construction of Septic tank for 10 users, designed to carry sewage and sludge water including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) in foundation, RCC M-30 design mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beam etc with vent shaft, manhole opening with cover connection, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of Soakage well 1.80m dia and 3.00m deep (Depth 3.00m from inlet pipe and 45cm from Ground level to inlet pipe) including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, foundation in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, brick work (honey combed) in cement mortar (1:4), top ring of M-30 Design mix concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in cement mortar 1:4, RCC M-30 Design mix cover slab, reinforced with TMT bars, steel plate manhole cover factory made ISI marked conforming to IS-12592 with angle iron frame, brick bats filling, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. CESZ/TD-1078/2011.

(C) BORE WELL AND EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for trail drilling bore hole in alluvial strata for construction of deep borewell of 125mm dia with any method as forward rotary/reverse rotary/Odex/DTH rig drilling machine complete with driling bits, dril shaft and all other accessories, complete with T&P, transportation, errection of camp at site and removal of all tools and plants on completion of borewell work for the depth upto 50 metre from ground level alonwith water sample testing from Govt. authorised PHE Lab, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 5.01 here-in-before but depth exceeding 50 metre and not exceeding 100 metre below ground level.

All as per item No. 5.01 here-in-before but depth exceeding 100 metre and not exceeding 150 metre below ground level.

All as per item No. 5.01 here-in-before but depth exceeding 150 metre and not exceeding 160 metre below ground level. Note for Item No 5.01 to 5.04 above:- (i). Each two Nos. trial bores shall be carried out at 02 x different location at Khunmoh Stn as directed by GE. If possibility of water is seen then the bore will resume. (ii). The cost of necessary fuel, lubricant and chemical extra required for construction of work shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer and nothing extra shall be paid for these items. (iii). The Contractor shall execute the borewell work first. Only after successful development of Borewell, execution of rest of the work as per BOQ shall be undertaken complete all as directed.

(iv). (a) In case of sufficient yield and potable water quality : (i) 1st trial bore will be developed as per the BOQ. (b) In case of insufficient yield or non-potable water quality (i) 1st trial bore will be abandoned. (ii) 2nd trial bore will be carried out by the contractor in the locations as earmarked by GE. (v). Contractor will carry out the 2nd trial bore in condition of b (ii) above:   (a) In case of sufficient yield and potable water quality (i) 2nd trial bore will be developed as per the BOQ. (b) In case of insufficient yield or non-potable water quality (i) 2nd trial bore will be developed as per the BOQ & water will be used for other purpose.   (c) Incase of no yield (i) 2nd trial bore will be abandoned (ii) No further trial bore will be carried out. (iii) Contractor will be paid for Item No 5.01 to 5.04 of BOQ & the contract will be FORECLOSED.

Material and labour & T&P (as required) for development of trial bore/ enlarging of borehole for tubewell by way of washing and making cavity down below and back wash with heavy duty compressor for 500 mm dia and upto the depth of 160 metre below ground level in any type of soil/ground strata, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Well cap & Clamp of 250 mm dia and 160 mm depth in two parts made out of 5 mm thick MS plate for covering & holding of column pipe fabricated to handle flanged 80 mm dia column pipe with 100 mm GI delivery pipe with tube well duly welded with locking arrangement by nut & bolts making holes for passing 2 run of 16 sq mm flat submersible cable, steel wire rope/chain complete all as specifed and as directed. Note :- For 2 X trial borewell of 160Rm each at 2 X different location at Khunmoh Station as directed by GE.

Sample of starta box made out of 20mm thick veneered particles board and 12mm thick plywood with 25mmx25mm aluminium angle 2mm thick base overall length 1200mmx 750mmx100mm with front glass sheet sliding type cover with aluminium frame all around with 02 Nos key holes plates of size 40mmx25mm and 3mm thick complete showing name of tube well location and starta chart of ground data showing different type of starta and selection of casing pipe complete all as specified and directed including painting of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of wood primer. Note :- For 2 X trial borewell of 160Rm each at 2 X different location at Khunmoh Militray Station as directed by GE.

Supplying assembleing, lowering, fixing and levelling of 250mm nominal bore (wall thickness 8mm) MS ERW, ISI marked casing blank pipe as per IS-4270-2001 and jointing with electric arc welding, random length of 3 to 6 mtr including necessary fittings such as 200mm long MS sleeves of suitable size, steel sockets, coupling, jointing and painting with two coats of bituminous paint of external surfaces of pipe over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surface upto depth of 160 metre below ground level, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- For 2 X trial borewell of 160Rm each at 2 X different location at Khunmoh Station as directed by GE.

Supply and fixing of additional cost for slotted pipe 250mm bore in lieu of casing pipe of 250 mm nominal bore MS ERW line cut pipe having wall thickness 8mm confirming to IS-5100-2000 with slot of suitable size and number complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of MS Flat iron 50x6mm for joints at random size of 250mm MS ERW Pipe from 3 to 6 mtrs with arc weld, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for yeild test for the borewell by continously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield using 'V' notch constructed at site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Chemical/bacteriological analysis and potability test of water obtained from borewell shall be done from approved lab and submitting the report in triplicate shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. Test shall be carried out in the presence of IEM or rep of Accepting Officer. (ii) For 2 X trial borewell of 160Rm each at 2 X different location at Khunmoh Station as directed by GE.

Material and labour for construction of concrete block for holding borewell for protection of size 0.6 mtr x 0.6 mtr x 0.15 mtr in M-25 cement concrete mix with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete; fomwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The rate for excavation and other earth work to be included in quoted rate. (ii) For 2 X trial borewell of 160Rm each at 2 X different location at Khunmoh Station as directed by GE.

Supply and laying/filling in layers of Pea gravel as per 154097-1967 of assorted size M around annular space between the casing pipe and the well surface has to be filled with a gravel pack to act as filter medium in tube well spacing and the size of gravel will be 5 to 10mm or required size at site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 2 X trial borewell of 160Rm each at 2 X different location at Khunmoh Station as directed by GE.

Material and labour for development of bore with air compressor of appropriate capacity 200 PSI 900 CFM over pumping unit till sand free water obtained and testing the yield for duration as under complete all as specified and directed for first 24 hours by using air compressor complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: - (a) Contractor has to provide own DG Set/Prime mover to run compressor and over pumping set. (b) All type of T&P and transportation required for development of bore shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (c) 2 X trial borewell of 160Rm each at 2 X different location at Khunmoh Station as directed by GE.

All as per item No. 5.15 here-in-before but subsequent 48 hours after first 24 hours for over pumping.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing submersible cable with copper conductor multistranded of size 16qmm, 3 core for submersible pumping set binding with column pipe with suitable binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 2 X trial borewell of 160Rm each at 2 X different location at Khunmoh Station as directed by GE.

Supply, lowering and fixing MS Column pipe, ISI marked, both end flanged 80mm dia bore heavy duty class 'C' in 3mtr length having wall thickness 4.8mm as per IS -1239 complete including suitable rubber washer, rubber gasket, slot cutting in flanges for passing of submersible cable and nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 2 X trial borewell of 160Rm each at 2 X different location at Khunmoh Station as directed by GE.

Supply, installation, levelling, testing and commissioning of submersible pumping set having discharge capacity 400-500 litres set min at 220 mtr head complete with suitable size of motor, 440 V, AC, 50 Hz, three phase, suitable for lowering inside casing pipe of borewell including necessary jointing with MS column pipe with flanged joints to submersible cable as per IS-8043:1989 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Column pipe with flanged joints & submersible cable will be measured and paid separately. Cost of necessary T&P shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for construction of brick valve pit of size 0.90mx0.90mx1.20m (internal dimensions) including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, 100mm PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregateas in coping in incl necessary form work, brick masonary in cement mortar (1:4) using sub class 'B' old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) even and fair to internal surfaces and flush pointing to external wall with same mortar as the work proceed, valve pit cover of MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick welded to mild steel angle iron 50mmx50mmx6mm frame with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed surfaces of steel with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and the portion embedded in concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing Chemical Dozing pump installed directly on water line; suction injecting electric pump of suitable capacity, ready to use solution, dosage proportional to water flow (no influence of water flow variations), can tolerate variations of pressure from the water line, no pump damage even when the additive tank is empty, no overdozing risk/ no pure chemical injection risk when water supply is off. It can work on a suction lift of upto 4mtr, suction line with foot valve strainer. The dosing pump coupled with single phase electric motor of suitable capacity, assembly with agitator in one motor, agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated and PVC tank complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of electrical connection like point wiring and socket point required for smooth functioning of dosing plant and T&P shall be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply and fixing chain pulley block 5 ton capacity with heavy duty chain suitable for working 3metre above ground level, chain 5metre long with anchoring system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of water pressure gauge of Bourden’s type 100 mm dia with pressure range of 0 to 10 Kg/Sqcm on rising main water supply line including fixing arrangement, GI tubing nipple stop cock making holes by drilling and welding of socket complete all as specified and directed.

(D) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of Liquid Cooled silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 Comprising liquid cooled Disesl Engine (CPCB 4 NORMS COMPLIANCE) std: BHP @ 1500RPM & 40 KVA Alternator rated at 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50HZ; 0.8 P.F. @1500 RPM both mounted, and aligned on a common MS base frame complete with MS Fuel Tank Integrated control Panel having meter, relay and switch gear and sound proof canopy, AVM Pads fitted on base frame, 1 No. 12 Volts DC Battery, Leads, DG Set should be capable of operating in temperature range (-) 18 Deg to (+) 40 Deg Celcius with, 1st Fill of Lube Oil complete, engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufactuer, all as following specification. Note:- Cost of foundation of DG set as per manufactuer's size and specification shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

(A) ENGINE: ECO friendly for emission and noise (CPCB 4 NORMS COMPLIANCE) 4 stoke diesel engine confimring to BS standard developing 1500RPM, liquid cooled complete comprising of following:- (i) Fly wheel with starter ring for generating set. (ii) Dry type Air filter (iii) Lub oil cooler assembly with accessories. (iv) Exhaust air manifold (v) Exhaust silencer. (vi) Expansion below. (vii) Exhaust gas turbocharger. (viii) Fuel filter (pre micro) (ix) Lubrication oil filter (x) 12V electrical starting system with starting motor & battery charging alternator with self starter and other auto electric accessories as recomanded by manufacturer.

(xi) Centrifugal by-pass filter (xii) Front & rear enginer mountin supports. (xiii) Engine control panel consisting of OFF/ON/START keys lub oil pressure gauge, Ammeter, electroinc Hour meter, speedometer. (xiv) Safety against low ub oil pressure. (xv) Enginer operation/maintenance, spare parts manual. (xvi) Engine test certificate (xvii) Cold starting kit (xviii) MS frame suitable for mounting of Engine & alternator. (xix) Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturer recommendation complete with fuel gauge inlet/outlet connections drain valve with plug etc. (xx) Battery of suitablke capacity as epr anufacturer recommendation with copper leads and terminals of suitable size. (xxi) One set of AVM pads fitted on base frame

(B) ALTERNATOR: Salient pole brushless type suitable for direct couple to engine self excited, self regulated with fast response, thyristor type, electronic automtic voltage withhold, output voltage with in desired limit (+1%), Dynamically balanced 400/415 volt, AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire, 0.8PF lagging 40KVA, 1500 RPM star connected (4 wire) screen protected, drip proof enclousers with radial fan mounted on rotor with insulation class-F/H and with stand an over load of 10% for one hour in every 12 hour operation ambient temperature varies from -18ºC in winter to +40ºC in summer with following accessories. (C) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Supply & installation of acoustic enclosure suitable for 40KVA DG Set shall be as under; - (i) Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacturer design, polyster based powder coated internaly and externaly with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated. (ii) The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets. (iii) Sound proofing with high quality rock wool/mineral confirming to IS 8183 of 50mm thickness and density at 96kg/Cum covered with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coats sheet specialy designed alternators (sound controllers) at air entry and exit of the container, noice level shall not exceed 75Db at 1 metre distance as per CPCB norms.

(iv) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower. (v) Emergency stop push button out side the container. (vi) Provn of light inside the canopy 20W LED fittings with wiring and control switches. Notes:- (i) DG set shall be designed considering extreme cold climate and heavy snow fall in winters. The ambient temp varies from -18ºC (in winter) to +40ºC (in summer). (ii) After considering derating factor by manufacturer on above location, the required net output of DG Set shall be 40 KVA. (iii) Testing of DG Set shall be carried out in the presence of IEM or Rep of Accepting Officer.

Supply and erecting Steel tubular swaged pole complete with MS base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP- 55 (11 metres long) including two coat of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally upto embedded portion and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with black and yellow strip of 30 cm each upto 1.5 m height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface after errection in position including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary earth work, PCC coping will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Supplying, fixing and testing of gang operated air breaker switch, triple pole, mechanically operated mounted oninsulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level using heavy duty GI pipe for current rating 200 Amps , outdoor type (confirming to IS specifications) HT 11 KV , triple pole with fixed contacts of phosphorous and bronze and a set of drop out HT fuse assembly, fuse carrier fitting, 12 insulator type mounted on MS channel operating rod with pad lock arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and erect ground HT cable route indicator made out of GI plate 3 mm thick and 6 inches dia duly marked with working voltage, size of cable and route indicator fixed with angle iron of size 25 x25 x3 mm thick, 50 cm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of size 20 x 20 x 20 cm in ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Panel board, 6 sqmm single core copper wire system suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system confirming to IS:8623/93, CPRI approved, outdoor type floor mounted alongwith factory made type panel weather proof, vermin proof, fully ventilated and fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick with ingress protection of IP-54 grade having heat shrinkable sleeves, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The panel shall be cubical type with Sloppy roof, openable in front & rear and having inner & outer shells, 4 wire with colour Aluminium bus bar of capacity 300 Amp rated. The inner shell dully compartmented for each control gear, including powder coating two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally and externally the entire steel surfaces. All the cover shall be provided with suitable locking arrangements mounted on angle iron stand made out of MS angle size 50mmx 50mm x 6mm grouted in PCC foundation in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 platform 60 cm above the ground level and 45 cm below the ground level (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), including accomodating the following gears and accessories connected with Internal wiring of suitable size of copper conductor cable :-

(a) Incoming MCCB 200 Amp 35 KA, 4 pole, adjustable thermal setting type 70-100%- 01 No. (b) Outgoing MCCB 63 Amp 16 KA, 4 pole = 02 Nos. (c) MCB SPN, 32 Amp 415V, 16 KA - 03 Nos. (d) Digital voltmeter 0 to 500 Volt digital type 96mmx96mm with built in selector switch = 01 No. (e) Digital Ammeter 0 to 200 Amps digital type 96mmx96mm with CTs and built in selector switch = 01 Set. (f) Aluminium busbar 300 AMp TPN = 01 Set. (g) Indication Lamps LED Type (RYB) = 01 Set. (h) Earthing terminals and cable glands (j) Internal wiring of panel board with copper cable of size 6sqmm. (k) Inbuilt change over 4 pole 163 Amp = 01 No. Note : (i) The Cost of MCCBs, MCB, Motor starter, Ammeters, Voltmeters, Bus Bar, Indication Lamps, Copper wiring, PCC, earthwork and paintwork to be included in quoted rate. (ii) LT panel drawing shall be approved by Accepting Officer.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to equipment by using GI strips of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, checknut & washers of galvanised iron all as shown in elect plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point, common salt and charcoal filling, all as specified and directed including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm GI Pipe (medium grade) for watering, 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh, lugs PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete ,50 mm thick precast RCC M-25 (Design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg /sqm) & CI frame etc , provision of test point, connecting to test point and testing on completion etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include cost of 7.5 m long GI earth strip 32x6mm and protection pipe 40 mm bore GI light grade, watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates adjusted with quoted rates.
