E/M PORTION :- Supply and fix 6 Watt new generation garden spike light, energy saving, enviornmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminarie with high power LEDs with IP-65 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminarie efficacy of greater than 100 lumen/Watt color rendering (CRI) of 75 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+ 500K), The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS bracket for street light fittings made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe of medium grade 1.5 mtr long each bent to required shape & size and fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32x6 mm flat iron including GI Nuts, bolts and washers and painting of clamps and street light brackets with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fittings bracket to street light fittings complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Moulded Case Circuit Breakers 415V, 16kA, 4pole of rating 100 A, conforming to IS/IEC60647-2, Ics=Icu=100% with thermal and magnetic release complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brickwork with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 by using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L two coat of Apex Paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint over old/ newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparing surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement 60 Watt inverter type LED street light with pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminarie efficacy of greater than 100 lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminarie should be 6000 Lumens) color rendering (CRI) of 75 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+ 500K), The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Luminarie should have top maintainable driver compartment for easy access to driver during maintenance. The driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of 85%. Note :- The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 04 here-in-before but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Old bricks obtained against demolition shall be used.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and removing demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in replacement XLPE insulated, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 4 Sqmm 2 core laind in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm, set jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry incl 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Moulded Case Circuit Breakers 415V, 16kA, 4pole of rating 125 A, conforming to IS/IEC60647-2, Ics=Icu=100% with thermal and magnetic release complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 11 Watt Fantasy Bollard LB14 Bollard, made of extruded aluminium housing, to redefine landscape with better light quality and enhance architectural dsign, rated IP65 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, arpons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs chain link MS galvanised fencing, including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, sraining bolts etc. and also including provision of binding wire etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed with best quality lacally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, wellbonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for band strap support of stay, wall tie, hold fast or similar works etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel round bars, 10mm dia as in tie rod, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for fixing chain link MS galvanised fencing to steel post, hooking ends conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 120 Watt LED Radial light with pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminarie efficacy of greater than 110 lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminarie should be 13200 Lumens) color rendering (CRI) of 75 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+ 500K), The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Luminarie should have top maintainable driver compartment for easy access to driver during maintenance. The driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of 85%. Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 06 here-in-before but except stones, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Old stones obtained against demolition shall be used.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc. and similar work including necessary formwork weathring slightly rounded or chamfered complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregrate in foundation, mass concrate) as in foundation of poles & stay etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concreate 1:2:4 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including necessary form work and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick finished to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F in repairs concertina coil fencing 600mm dia of short profile having corewire dia 2mm and pitch between barb 24mm and tape 0.5mm thick including cutting, fixing, welding, rebating etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F double walled corrugated (DWC) pipe of size 77 mm including snap fit coupler conforming to IS14930 (Pt-II)/IS16205 Pt-II for protection of HT cable in under ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement erecting steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick mild steel base plate(300mmx300mm), welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II Type 410 SP-31, 9mtr long including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bitumenous paint internally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Excavation and Earth Work, PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes foundations of poles/stays/pipes etc .not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
