Also take necessary action for safty of employees working at height, No extra cost to be borne by govt."

M&L For preparation of Old/Existing wall any type/Acoustic wall surface,apply two coat of acoustic sound absorbing paint on wall Surface any type upto 50 feet hight including necessary formwork scffolding required.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including Preparation of old surfaces of compound walls,boundaries etc. by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing,rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and applying one coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint of any colour/white on walls including necessary formwork scffolding required upto the 6th storey complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surface,applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces including necessary filling material as required at site to make the surface smooth and even.complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L, for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including preapartion on old surface of wall height upto 4th storied applying Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth weather proof top guard exterior emulsion paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm including filling gaps with putty as per requirement with 10 year warranty.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.(make Burger long life, nerolac excel top guard ) NOTE:- 1. the contractor shall have responsibility to clean, safe guard all electric fitting,window frame,door frame,fans and funiture from splashes of OBD.the work should be executed through specilized workmenship and MOU should signed between contractor and authorized applicator and should be submitted to the GE. 2. M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces on walls mixed with integral liquid WPC by weig (WPC shall be measured and paid in respective item of WPC).complete all as specified. Note:- 1.The plaster shall be executed in patches as per ground requirement at any where and upto the any height and contractor shall have to provide formwork as per ground or upto any height including necesaary safety precaustion should be carried out for site execution, No extra payment will be paid by department.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of steel,applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces including necessary filling material as required at site to make the surface smooth and even.complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Prepration of old decorated surfaces of ceiling incliuding scraping of old flakes with the help of mechenical /elcterical sander ,washing down with help of water and apply one coat of white wash on surface of ceiling,necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 6th story complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including preparation of old decorated surface of wall ,applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on walls over a coat of primer with mechenical sprayer followed by roller and filling gaps with putty to make surface upto desired finish as app by Eng-in-charge.complete all as spd and directed Note: Each layer of OBD shall have a gap of 08 Hrs till previous layer has dried up and work has to be executed through company employee ,before all Make and executing agencey shall have the app of GE.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls,Applying two coats of distemper with oil emulsion over a coat of primer including necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 4th storycomplete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc and removing all debris to a distance exc 50 mtr but not exc 100 mtrs,necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 6th story complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new/old surfaces of wall and apply 2-3mm wall care cement based putty (internal and external as per ground requirement) ,necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 4th story as specified and directed

M&L for making good the surface of chajja/facia/roof projection/ceiling etc by providing cement plaster 1:3 with anti-rust paint as per standared provision and necessary formwork,scaffolding required upto the 4th story complete all as specified and directed and directed by engr-in-charge. Note :-No extra cost will be bourne by department.

M&L for prepartion and scrapping down of old decoated surface of wall with mechanical/elctrical sander and washing down the surfaces with the help of water completely and apply one coat of oil bound distemper of any tint on walls and filling gaps with putty so as to provide smooth surface,the surface shall be even and smooth,free from any undulation as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L Prepration of new surfaces of ceiling incliuding scraping of old flakes with the help of mechenical /elcterical sander ,washing down with help of water and apply three coat of white wash on surface of ceiling.complete all as spd and directed
