Description all as per serial item No 1 here-in-before, but 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel water tubing of nominal bore 20 mm, medium grade galvanised ISI marked as per IS:1239 Part-I with all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls/roof, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in trenches/floors complete with all fittings ( such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from the PVC tanks of capacity 1000 litres and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc., complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out damaged broken lagging from pipes and providing lagging to pipes of 20/15 mm bore, used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with, 25mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed ‘SNAP ON’ pipe sections of density 144 Kg /cum conforming to IS 9842 provided with chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge, 20mm mesh, covering with POP layer, complete all as specified and directed at site by the Engineer -in-Charge .

Cleaning of overhead reservoir at the staging of 21 metre by drqaining out of water below supply level, removing all internal sludge by washing, cleaning the surface of the reservoir using wire brushes and other scraping tools to remove dirt and scales to make it free from deposits, washing the reservoir with pressure compressor nozzle thoroughly and removing dirty water from the tank to make it clean, repair to internal surfaces by plastering and providing fillers cracks to prevent any seepage of water and white washing to complete internal wall and floor of chamber, disinfecting the sump surface using disinfectent complete all as sepcified and directed for 50000 Gallons capacity, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-The work of cleaning and disinfection will be carried out by experts person in the fiield of the work. The work is to be carrried out in such a way that the water supply is not disrupted.

Description all as per Serial item No 20 here-in-before, but under ground sump of capacity 50000 Gallons, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in replacement of CI Sluice valves PN 1.6 flanged and of sizes for 80mm bore complete with iron wheel head and spindle including material and labour for flanged joints and replacement of nuts and washers etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of cast iron NRV flanged ends heavy duty (PN 1.6) suitable for 100mm bore pipe including 6mm thick rubber insulation ring including taking out 100mm dia pipe from sump and making it into two pieces and welded 100mm flanges for fixing of NRV at bottom of sump, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting water sample from pump house/ RO plant and submitted water sample for testing at water testing lab zainakote srinagar ,After complete testing submit testing report to AGE (I) CIF (K), complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- An amount of Rs. Rs 12,650.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
