Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metres clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bands, coping, bed plates for serving hold fasts, filling in mild steel frames etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and use of form work (straight or curved), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm (2.5Cm) thick (Glosy finished) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors,with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick, surface finished fair to receive top layer of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete in suken portion of slabs, complete all as specified and asdirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured of selected quality, any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over and including 25mm thick sand filling layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints 150mm deep filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compund, Grade 'A' thickness of concrete slab in 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep X 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade B incl bituminous filler complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Forming Construction joint 30mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for frame work such as grill, gate, and intricated design, incl MS angle, channel, flat iron, round bars, sheet etc with end of bar shouldered and or riveeted or forged into spikes incl welding as directed and fixing with screwes, bolts etc including dismantiling of existing gate/grill complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling boarding/false ceiling of any description fixed in any postion with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. .

GI frame work size of grid 605 x 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from sofit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterner with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips acress the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to cnetre including hangers 6mm dia.GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed tp roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm ling and expansion hold fasterner 12.5mm dia 40mm long including 12mm thick 600X600 MM pvc laminated gypsum board laid/inserted to timber/GI frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm thick 2nd class soft wood boarding as in wall panelling, plain one side and edges tonged and grooved or rebated, fixed with nails in any situation including french polishing on surface of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coat upto satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, brickwork, masonry etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for MS angle iron, flat iron conforming to Fe-290- Gde E 165 as in post as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc cutting and twisting necessary drilling bolting and riveting or welded including FI 40 x 6 mm etc and similar work complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, made out of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire of mesh 100mm x 100mm/ 50mm x 50mm in size, complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing to RCC/mild steel Posts fixed with MS Flat iron and 3 Nos of 10mm dia. MS bars as line wire including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- MS Flats and round bars to be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this BOQ.

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with waser and one hexagonal or squared nut length of bolt exc 5cm but not exc 10cm long dia of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified.

S&F galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at cross with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistance primer paint, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- An amount of Rs 34,022.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
