Meterial and labour for dismantling reinceforce cement concrete pole /struts of any size and type including breaking of concrete cutting of mild bars of any size from below the ground level up to 60 cm depth and all items removing from site all as directed by Engr -In- Chrage (Note :Excavation earth work included in this quoted rate) Note : T&P for Srl item No 1 & 4 will be provided by the Contractor.No extra payment will be made for it.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable, pole etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested,poles, stays , struts have been errected and tested , all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus (soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

M & L for Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 2 with flat size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying dry river sand to be laid in 8 cms before laying of cable and 15 cms above cable in trenche as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed. Note: for payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 Part-I of size 120 mm outer dia and 103.5 mm inner dia icnluding taking down unsv old one all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down of 80 mm bore steel water tubing galvanized light grade, with all fittings & fixtures (ISI marked) laid in trenches or poles or in any position complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, laying, connecting & testing of 80 mm bore steel water tubing galvanized light grade, with all fittings & fixtures (ISI marked) laid in trenches or Roads/poles or in any position complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120Sqmm complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/Taking down air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc complete all asdirected.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as directed.

M&L in repelcement of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on or recess or chasses or buried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc for transformer any capacity as required 32mmx 6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

Meterial and labour for cement concrete in foundations for pole coping or any other work type B1 1:2:4 with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate all as directed

Meterial and labour for cement concrete in foundations for pole or any other work type C2 1:3:6 with 40 mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate all as directed

Meterial and labour for cement concrete in foundations for pole or any other work type D2 1:4:8 with 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate all as directed.

Material & Labour for painting to steel surface over 10 cm width or girth of any description, new or previously untreated surface with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking out old unsv lightning arrestor 11 KV with connected items complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for lightning arrestor comprising of seald hollow porcelain housing consisting of stack of zinc oxide dires encasulated in heat shrinkage sleeve distribution class , rated voltage 12 KV(Rms) discharge capacity 65 KA, line discharge class-1 complete with bracket and connection complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. And down conductors above ground incl taking down old one complete all as directed.

Material and labour for making test point for lightning arrestor by providing of four numbers procelain insulator fixed on wall through rowal plug, rectangular block of size 75mmx75mmx25mm made of phosphorus bronze or gun metal mounted over the insulator in horizontal shape, connecting the earth strip and down lightning conductor with the help of copper or brass nuts, washers over the phosphorus bronze blockincluding material and labour for making enclosure for test point made of mild steel steet of 1.6mm thick of size 250mmx250mmx250mm in box shape, openable from front side with locking arrangement,handle etc mounted/grouted into wall covering to the test point all as specified and directed at site incl taking down old one .

Dismantling of cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all directed.

M&L for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height,150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as directed.

M&L for Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc with tension clampfor working pressure 11000V including complete all asdirected.

M&L for Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain,white, brown or greenof size 90mmx 140mm and clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as directed.

M & L Diameter of stay rod in 20mm with Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately

M & L for cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) including casting blocks with and incl for cable route indicator of size 150mm dia round plate 2mm thick with stand of angle iron approx 75mm long including engraving the type of supply in the cable as directed for indicting the routes of HT under ground cables, laying the blocks along the route of the cables all as specified and directed.

M&L Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm complete incl taking down old one complete all as directed.

Material and labour cutting road/path way (concrete) any type including excavation returning in spreading, leveling , well ramming in layers, soiling with stones, WBM 7.5 CM thick and laying premix carpet 25mm thick using ready mix patch mate material, including rolling and compection of path work complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx 60cm x 6mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal Ground Level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade connected to main distribution board/ earthing test point all as shown on electrical plate No-03 of SSR Part-1 and all as specified including testing on completion.Note: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways , GI funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia, wire mesh, salt and charcoal, protection pipe for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR part-II earth lead wire and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing up steel tubular swaged pole overall height 11 mtrs, type 410 SP 55 complete with cast iron base plate pole cap finial taper plag bolt nut washer etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
