Providing hoisting and fixing trusses / purlins raftrs / posts / post plates or like components including cost of screws etc. complete of Second class Budloo wood

P/F track deck crill make or equivalent H.I rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020mm cover width 28-35mm high crests at 250 to 255mm TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile SMP Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 No. stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with fuil return legs on side lapps for purlins support and anti capillary flute inside lapp. The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gms/sm) zinc/aluminum coating mass total on both side AZ-150 as IS-1397,550 PMA, yeild stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of SMP over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces incld. side and end lap and using 8mm galvalume hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all side and end lapps etc. (measured for unit of laid area).50mm (Including cost of ridges / valleys of plain colour coated sheets complete) 

P/F of ornamental wooden eaves boarding (size 300x40mm) of approved pattern & design of 2nd class deodar wood including cost of nails and touch wood polishing complete all. 

P/F of 12mm thick wooden paneling (T&G) of foreign wood free from knots including  cost of head less nails with scaffolding charges and carriage of material including cost of wooden frame work of budloo wood / 12mm thick ply board and touch wood polishing (two or more coats) complete in all respects. 

P/F 20mm thick ornamental panels of (PINJARA KARI Work) as per approved pattern / design (Foreign Wood) with necessary screws & beading and including providing and applying  of touch wood polishing (two or more coats) complete in all respects. 

Providing and fixing of float glass 3.5 mm along with necessary beeding in Pinjara work complete job

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying fine chisel dressed Devri Stone of size and pattern as of the existing jetties along the shore of Dal Lake in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) upto plinth level including curing along with necessary cornice embedded in the Devri stone Complete job
