Design, Supply, Installation , Testing, and Commissioning of Cluster Jet type floating, Surface Aerators having 5 mtrs. minimum jet height along the periphery of Babdem. The aerators should comprises of: a) One No openwell Submersible Pump set Each of :- Make : Darling/ Kirloskar/ Flow More/Crompton Phase : Three phase Horse power: Three HP/ 2.2 Kw Head : 15 Mtrs. Discharge : 540 LPM RPM : 2800 Each Pump should be provided with 200 mtrs. 3 core submersible copper cable not less than 2.5 sq. for connecting the Pump with Panel. Cable Makes:- Finolex/ Polycab/ Havells. b) Float:- Floatation should be provided by Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) Bevel circular ring type pontoon (as per sample) of min. dia 1.3 mtrs. having multiple compartments filled with Polyurethane foam. c) Supporting braces/Fasteners:- Supporting braces/Fasteners should be of stainless steel SS 304 and of suitable size. d) Nozzle:- Nozzle should be of brass with length/Dia and discharge as per requirement. e) Lights:- Four number 9 watts LED multi coloured water proof light assemblies are to be provided on each floating pontoons along with 200 mtrs. 1.5 mm sq. submersible copper cable for connecting lights with the panel . LT PANEL:-"Design, manufacture & supplying of front operated modular compartmentalised construction cubicle type, front access, dead back, 16 gauge steel enclosed free standing, dust and vermin proof, switchboard with IP42 protection with hinged and lockable doors duly powder coated complete lugs, bonding to earth and painting, suitable for use at 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hertz system. The panel should have 5 compartments for stators with one spare compartment for future use. Each compartment should have DOL stator, Overload relay, Single phase preventer, Electronic Timer, Off/On push buttons, Indicators, 3 in 1 Voltmeter , Ammeter and Frequency meter , Selector switches, and provision for entry of Input/Output cables. Each Panel should have a parallel Electrolytic high conductivity aluminium three phase and neutral busbars rated at 100 amps throughout having interleaved design a maximum current density of 1 amp per sq mm suitable to with stand symmetrical fault level of 35 MVA at 415 volts. The neutral busbar is to be of 50% capacity, to connect each compartment with the supply. The panel should also be provided with 01 No 100 Amp 35 KA M.C.C.B.with thermal magnetic release having over current/ short circuit magnetic protection.Make :- Siemens/L&T/GE/ Havells.

The panel should comprise of 250 amps 4P 35KA M.C.C.B. with over current and short circuit thermal magnetic release (1 No.) , 250 Amps magnetic change over switch and Electrolytic high conductivity aluminium three phase and neutral busbars rated at 250 amps throughout having interleaved design a maximum current density of 1 amp per sq mm suitable to with stand symmetrical fault level of 35 MVA at 415 volts. The neutral busbar is to be of 50% capacity.
