Servicing of crawlers of the Legs of Crawl Cat Dredger. The job invloves dismantling of the submerged crawler legs at a suitable location near the shore of the Dal Lake.After dismantling of the Legs,they are to cleaned from the silt and debris collected on the surfce using pressure washer.After thorugly cleaning the surface from any debri,the crawler is checked for any defect and damages. The job further includes servicing of Crawler Motor and Gear box by way of draining of stale Gear Oil from the Gear Box and then cleaning the fast moving parts using Diesel and dhoti cloth.After cleaning the gearbox,fresh Gear Oil is poured in.The job also includes any minor repairs/welding job needed to make the job complete.The job also includes replacing of crawler grease pin and greasing to the crawler to increase chain tension.The Gear Oil,Grease and Dhoti Cloth shall be arranged by the firm.

The jobs shall involve casting of the gun metal in sand cast moulds with sufficient allowances to accommodate shrinkages. The cast should be done in such a way to avoid formation of blow holes, deposition of material pillets and composition of the gunmetal shall be maintained as per the requirement needed for manufacturing of the bushes of the pumps. The cast gunmetal bushes shall be machined on the lathe to perfection forming smooth profile and surfaces in and out and shall press fit into the housing of Dredge pump and Dredge Pump shaft.

The job invloves dismantling of the submerged crawler legs at a suitable location near the shore of the Dal Lake.After dismantling of the Legs,they are to cleaned from the silt and debris collected on the surfce using pressure washer.After thorugly cleaning the surface from any debri,the crawler is checked for any defect and damages. The job further includes servicing of Crawler Motor and Gear box by way of draining of stale Gear Oil from the Gear Box and then cleaning the fast moving parts using Diesel and dhoti cloth.After cleaning the gearbox,fresh Gear Oil is poured in.The job also includes any minor repairs/welding job needed to make the job complete.The job also includes replacing of crawler grease pin and greasing to the crawler to increase chain tension.The Gear Oil,Grease and Dhoti Cloth shall be arranged by the firm.
