Random Rubble masonary with hard stones from quarry in foundation and plinth incl. levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 upto plinth level with 1:6 cement mortar and carriages upto 2.5 kms incl. all head loads and mechanical transport

12 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 mix with coarse sand incl. all carriages involved upto site of work.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position including soffits , eves boarding and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete job.

providing pre coated coloured corrugated G.S sheet roofing incl fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts .5 mm thick incl all suitable overlaps complete job

Providing , laying , spreading of sand/nallah mug/river bed material free from vegetation etc including ,stacking, spreading, watering ,hand ramming consolidation complete incl all carriages loading / unloading in all lifts and leads complete job MT/HL ( spreading shall be done as directed by engineer incharge) complete job.

Centering and shuttering incl. strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for retaining walls , return walls , walls (any thickness) incl. attached pilasters, buttresses , plinth and string courses fillets etc.

Providing and fixing alumunium work for doors , windows , ventelators and partitions with extruded built up standard tabular sections of appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessry filling up of gaps at junctions i.e. at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc . Alumunium sections shall be smooth rust free straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle , Alumunium snap beading for glazing / panelling , C P brass / stainless steel screws , all completye as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer Incharge ( glazing , panelling to be paid seperately ) Anodised alumunium ( anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 , minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15). incl all carriages involved upto site of work.

Providing and fixing glazing in alumunium door , window . Ventelator shutters and partitions etc with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc . Complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer incharge with float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness ( weight not less than 13.50 kg/sqm). incl all carriages involved upto site of work.

P/L vitrified floor tiles in different sizes( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) incl. grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. size 60 × 60 cm complete job

providing 2mm thick pop in ceilings of bathroom
