Providing and laying 25mm thick compacted semi dense bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specification with 5% binder content (by weight of total mix) bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 2.88 kgs/sqm with the laid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with 8 to 10 tone capacity road roller to achieve the reqd. compaction and density including rolling and finishing complete includint cost and carriage of all materials involved from source to site of work complete including cost and carriage of bitumen. Providing and laying 6 mm thick compacted seal coat of premixed from aggregate using art strain and bitumen @ 0.786 Kg per Sqm of road surface includ. mixing with hot mix plant laid with paver finisher fitted with electronic fencing device to required gradient levels and alignment and consolidation with PRR roller to achieve desired compaction as per MOST specification includ. all leads lifts carriage up to site of work incld. cost of bitumen & incld. tack coat.
