P/L position cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level including carriage in 1:3:6 with (1 cement : 3 course sand : 6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size crushed aggregate) incl. all carriage upto site of work.

P/L in position of Reinforcement cement concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:2:4 mix with 20 mm nominal size aggregate

Steel reinforcement for RCC work incl. straightning,cutting,hoisting,placing in position all complete(TMT Bars incl. Carriage)

Centering and shuttering including shuttering propping etc and removal of farm work for foundation footing bases of columns

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required including frame for false ceiling

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete

The main and partition walls will be made up of 60 mm thick wall Panels of make Llod panel system /Modern Panels/Jindal Mectecnol/PSL Engineering or equivalent. The Panels will be made of 0.50mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel sheets on both sides with 60mm thick layer of rigid CFC free close cell polyurethane foam (Density 40 Kg+2 Kg/Cum) insulation. The wall panels will be provided with tongue and groove joint and will be contineous pannels. All materials required for the manufacture of shelter will be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian Standard Specification. Base channel of specified size will be provided for walls.

g) Ceiling. The false ceiling of Rooms will be made up of 40 mm thick PUF insulated Panels of Make. The Panels will be made of 0.50 mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel sheets on both side with 40mm thick layer of rigid CFC free close cell polyurethane foam (Density 40 Kg+ 2 Kg/Cum) insulation. The false ceiling panels will be provided with tongue and groove or lip locking joint for interlocking. False ceiling will be supported with the help of inverted CRCA Tee Section 50x50x5 mm thick and L-Section of 50x50x5 mm thick fixed appropriately to the Truss.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. incl Soling Wherever Required Complete Job

Applying and filling in plinth with fine locally available material /excavated earth/nallah muck under flooring incl watering and compacting conslidation and carriage of material upto site complete job

backfilling in foundation by way of gsb /nallah mud including carriage for 15 km complete job

P/F of color coated high rib GS sheet roofing (0.56mm thick) of approved quality color and design incl. verticle/curved surface fixed with self drillen dash fastners or polymer coated Jor L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm dia with bitumen and GI limpet washers excl. the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and incl. Cutting to size and shape wherever required complete.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile),uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket,stainless steel (SS 304grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.Ifasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall,plastic packers,plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc.Profileof frame & sashshall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shallbe also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixinghardware's anddrainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap betweenframe and adjacentfinished wall shall be filled with weather proof siliconsealant over backer rodof required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge (All inclusive)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour cement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of PVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever (required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.6 plus/minus 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 * 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single/double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately)Note: For UPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood flooring with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1800mm length (minimum) and 130 mm wide(minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4mm thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets having density 40kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900mm x 18mm and door reducer of size 1900mm x 44mm, wherever required. The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.
