The bidder should have experience of completion of similar works during the last 5 years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the advertised cost, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the advertised cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the advertised cost. The bidder needs to submit work completion certificates with relevant details, and also provide details of works in progress. Additionally, the bidder should have an Average Annual Financial Turnover on construction works during the last Five years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, of at least 50% of the estimated cost.
