Providing and laying in Position Cement Concrete of specified grade excl. the cost of centering, shuttering all work upto plinth level in1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size crushed aggregate).

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete ,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron high profile sheets Crill make or equivalent (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete uptoany pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement@ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed t air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing of 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints ,corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Composite Powder coated sheet cladding as per drawing, using Shree Narmada Aluminium mill finish rectangular Vertical tube size - 50x150x2mm having wt. 2.13kg/m & horizontal square tube size 50x50x2mm having weight 1.043 kg/m including 4mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet with 0.5mm aluminium foil thickness, backer rod, & the periphery of cladding panel shall be sealed with weather Silicone of Dow Corning/Walker make, necessary screws & hardware etc., including 5 mm thick toughened glass complete in all respect, as per the directions of engineer in charge

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement conc. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry stone agg. 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidation and grouted with fine sand incl. finishing the top smooth.

Carriage of materials from source to site of work by mechanical transport/ head load if any and for any unforseen items complete as per the site requirements a) Sand/ Aggregate Average lead 10 kms

b) Bricks Average lead 10 kms

Providing of structural and Geo Tech investigation Consutancy services. The scope of work includes soil investigation/ Geotechnical investigation. ETS Maping complete if required at Site, prepration of structural drawings, and vetting of structural drawing by any third party. Any other service not specially mentioned here but required for the proper and successful completion of the project shall be proposed and designed at no extra cost Structure should be designed on latest version of STAAD-PRO taking into account of latest Earthquake IS Code available as per the approved drawings and site conditions.
